LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! In the heart of River Run Village, just steps away to the River Run gondola, and the Summit Express lift, not to mention the great shopping, dining, and nightlife. This spacious, top floor (fourth floor) corner two bedroom/two bath unit is 1000 plus square feet and has airy 15 foot vaulted ceilings that give you room to relax. Right from your own balcony, enjoy watching the kids ice skate at the River Run ice rink in the winter or play at the playground/miniature golf course in the summer. Gaze up at the ski slopes in the morning and get an instant ski report and check out the stars at night.
The wood floors and roomy ceilings create the lodge-like atmosphere of our keystone ski condo. The stone gas fireplace is the focal point of the living area. The FLAT SCREEN LCD TV with DVD PLAYER, along with plenty of comfortable seating make this an ideal area to lounge around and watch a movie with the whole family. We have a great DVD collection available just for your use.
The open floor plan brings the well equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, utensils, cabinets, and generous counter space into the living area making preparing meals and dining-in enjoyable.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and it's own full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway. Both bedrooms have Cable TV with DVD Players, as well as CD players.
JUST FOR THE KIDS, we have included: PACK N' PLAY portable baby crib with linens, kids' toys/games, sleds, and a KIDS COLLECTION OF DVDs.

We stayed here on a girls ski trip! The location was excellent right across the way from the village and the condo was great. We loved the corner views and the steam room, gym and hot tub were just what we needed after a long day of skiing. We would defiantly stay here again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We just returned home from staying a week in this condo ~ and needless to say, we did not want to leave!! Everything about this condo is perfect - and the owner, Rich, was awesome to work with. Everything is as stated - and it's even bigger than the pictures show. There is plenty of room and the views are spectacular! We even saw a moose walking through the parking lot early one morning! We especially like the closeness to the action - without being right "in" the action. We also like being so close to other attractions in the area, such as Breckenridge and white water rafting! We would definitely recommend this condo to everyone ~ and we are hoping to be "return people" next year! Thank you, Rich, for letting us "borrow" your home and making us feel like we were at home!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

This home is amazing and the owner is so great to work with! We have vacationed in Keystone the last 12 years and FINALLY found a place we want to come back to each year! Don't wait---just booked it! We stayed at this condo over New Years 2010-11, and had an absolute blast! We are a family of four, including two kids (ages 8 and 10), and this unit was just perfect for us. Our initial impression when we walked in was that this place was bigger than expected! We had lots of room to hang out in the living / dining area with fireplace and flat-screen TV. There was cable TV as well as a DVD player and lots of DVDs for when we just wanted to veg out on the couch. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook several meals during our stay. (There was pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster oven, stove, fridge, microwave, and plenty of utensils and plates/bowls.) If you don't feel like cooking, there are several restaurants and bars in River Run that are just steps away from the building. The two bedrooms and fold-out couch provide enough room for six to sleep comfortably. Each also has a TV and alarm clock. There are two bathrooms, one of which is located off the master bedroom. The condo is located in Expedition Station, right in River Run. It's on the top (4th) floor, and conveniently located right next to the elevator. Although it is one of the farthest buildings in the village, the 5-minute walk to the gondola lift was very manageable. The building also has a pool, hot tub (!), fitness center, steam room, ski lockers, underground parking, and lobby with pool table and TV. One note, there are no pets allowed in the building. The owners were very accommodating to our schedule, and were very quick to respond to all our questions via email and phone. Overall, this condo is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We will definitely give Rich a call next time we're staying in Keystone!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
