This stylish, clean, uncluttered Condominium, with 14 foot high ceilings and two skylights, is located five minutes drive from the Pier in Huntington Beach and can sleep up to eight people. It has been recently remodeled and redecorated with guests in mind, and the kitchen has been equipped with everything necessary to cook a great meal. The balcony overlooking the pool is a perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.

This would be a great vacation rental for families - In addition to swimming in the three pools on the property, families can surf, swim, horseback ride, hike in the wetlands, bike ride on the bike path, and visit all of the major California theme parks - Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm. SeaWorld, and the San Diego Wild Animal Park, as well as some of the largest malls in Southern California.

  • This Condominium is located very close to the Pier in Huntington Beach, which is known for great swimming, surfing, birdwatching on the wetlands, kayaking, duffy boat riding, kite flying, beach walking, etc. The Pier and Beach area are filled with small boutiques and numerous restaurants. The Condominium is also very close to Disneyland (25 minutes drive) and other major Southern California tourist attractions like Knott's Berry Farm, SeaWorld, and the San Diego Wild Animal Park. Several of the largest malls in Southern California are also a short drive away - Fashion Island in Newport Beach, South Coast Plaza, and The Block at Orange. All Major Los Angeles Area Attractions - Hollywood, The Getty Museum, and Malibu are also easily accessible by freeway. Hiking, Biking, Golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Surfing.
