'Two by Sea - 964 ' Beachfront Home - Sleeps 15! Awesome!

  I recently rented Two By Sea for my wedding and it was everything I ever imagined it to be! I literally got married right out back on the beach! It was extremely romantic and the view was mesmorizing! My family and I traveled here from Memphis, and I even had some family fly in from Arizona. The house is very accomodating and has plenty of room. There were 14 of us that stayed in the house, and still had plenty of space and empty beds to spare! It is located right in the middle of all the tourist attractions, but it is located on a small residental strip, so the beach was not very crowded. There was not very much room for multiple vehicles, but it worked out just fine! And there is a scooter rental place across the street, so we ended up renting scooters and rode them all up and down the strip most days! The price was reasonable and the owner was easy to communicate with. The whole rental process went smooth, if you are thinking about renting this house...stop thinking and just do it! You will not regret it! I look forward to visiting again soon, maybe for our anniversary!

  My family had not been able to all be together all at one time for 20+ years so this was a particularly special time for us. We all enjoyed our time and the accommodations were very nice and clean and fairly well maintained. It was wonderful to be located right on the beach and be able to swim or walk the beach as we pleased. The only negative comment is that the property was advertised as having free wi-fi and that was very important to 2 members of the group as they had college assignments and final exams to take online. However, there was NO internet connection at all so they had to go to the Library every day instead of being able to do their work on the patio as they had expected to do while keeping an eye on their children on the beach.

  Owner response: I didn't know old internet site password had been blocked. Just got new service from Comcast with our own password, so all good to go now!

  We had a couple families stay here ! and it was amazing!!! the oustside was huge lots of room for the kids to play and it was so so nice to sit outback on the deck and relax with plenty of seating!! this place was exact to the pictures and we enjoyed every bit of it! janet was always so nice to chat at as well!!! will deff come back ! miss it already !!!

  We were a group of 3 couples; so had more than enough room in the main house. We only used the back house for drinks/food storage in the extra refrigerator and as an extra bathroom when everyone was trying to shower, etc. The house was just as described and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. We found it to be clean and neat. The early risers in our group took coffee on the front deck overlooking the Gulf and we all spent a good amount of time on the beach and in the ocean. The only drawback we saw was somewhat limited parking, but that was a minor issue and we managed! We loved being able to walk across the street to shops and the Red Door Saloon; and the gas station at the end of the street was extremely convenient. Janet was quick to respond to my inquiries and the whole rental process was very smooth. The whole group felt that they would not hesitate to rent this home again.

  Great location right on the beach in walking distance of many attractions, that also has privacy. Cant beat the very large front deck overlooking the ocean. The front house is cosy and relaxing. The kids love staying in the back house. Great value for a large group compared to what 6 hotel rooms would have cost. Only wished we could stay another week.

  We stayed here about 2 years ago and had the best time. This property is big, fenced in and right on the beach. We had 3 familys stay here and we were very comfortable. It's an older house and you can tell but it's been kept up. Plenty of things within walking distance. I wish we could afford to come here every year. My brother and sister-in-law actually had their wedding on the beach in front of the house and we had a little reception on the patio.

  Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, families with teenagers.
