What a beautiful place to spend our 15th year of tradition. We lucked out with the snow, the skiing, and the views. A lovely, fun, tasty, relaxing long weekend with wonderful friends. Thank you!

A dream of a place to escape to! Celebrated a 40th birthday with snowshoeing on virgin snow, couch time with spectacular views, and long leisurely meals! Feeling replenished and reenergized. Thank you Chaska and Littlefield Farm for such a wonderful retreat!

Our families met for a beautiful wedding over at Sleepy Hollow Inn on Columbus Day weekend. Though it reained at first, the weather cleared out for glorious views from the cabin. We never want to leave this beautiful place!! Littlefield Farm is the kind of place that is a home, not a rental. All visitors, aged 5 to 42 found reading, places to explore, and space to play. A bonus treat was on Sunday morning as we packed up we saw a short burst of frozen precipitation! All the kids were amazed! Thank you for such a great place. We will be back!

Thank you for having such a beautiful house and making it available to others! We really enjoyed our time here. Swimming in the rivers, hiking Camel's Hump, eating almost every meal outside with the gorgeaous view. Thank you for your friendliness in terms of arrival and check out, Chaska. We hope we can come back next year!

We had a great time enjoying the foliage. We didn't see much wildlife but heard the deer in the field at night. Burlington was great but the house was fantastic! It was much better than expected (the internet pictures don't do it justice). Great place. We'll be back! Thanks again!

What a fabulous place Paul found for our family's Christmas reunion! A high meadow haven indeed! We dozed one night through the thunder and roar of a windstorm and still felt safe and secure. Our three cross country skiers made good use of the trails-and loved hiking after the snow had all but washed away. Our 2 seniors relished every moment spent in awe of the amazing vista that surrounds us here. Thanks, Chaska, for all you did to help us settle in for our 5 day stay.

My niece was getting married at the Monitor Barn in Richmond and this was a perfect location for guests. Beautiful views, convenient to the wedding site and reception, and a wonderful break from all the "merriment". Quiet, incredibly clean, dog-friendly and completely comfortable. Great find.

Owner response: Thank you! We take pride in keeping the house spotless while being dog friendly at the same time. The views continue to be spectacular as the first maple trees turn orange and red. Hopefully we'll have a spectacular foliage season, and then a nice snowy winter for lots of skiing!

We came looking for a quiet mountain retreat for rest and skiing, and boy did we find it! What an amazingly beautiful place. The view is spectacular, and this charming and cozy cabin is so restful to the body and spirit. We skiied, explored, had great meals, played lots of card games, and relaxed. Many thanks Chaska!!! We had a wonderful time in this mountain house. Three families stayed here and enjoyed each other's company, cooked delicious meals, and skiied our hearts out. The trails are lots of fun. Thank you for your hospitality! We hope to be back soon! Eric Gordon

Hello Myra,Just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed and appreciated staying in your house. It was very refreshing and calming to the spirit! You are very fortunate to have a place of such beauty to go to… Most of the folks we met around Huntington (yourself included :-) were my kind of people; I could see myself fitting in there very easily!I spent a fall and winter once long ago on a small farm in a high meadow above South Strattford, VT. The terrain and views were very similar to your place; I'd forgotton just how beautiful the Green Mountains are…Once again, thank you; you have my heartfelt appreciation, and I hope you stay in touch... We and assorted in-laws and hangers-on had a splendid stay here. The folks who stayed at another lodge wished they were staying here while none of us wished to be anywhere else! Thanks for the hospitality. Cheers.

We were blessed with an early snowstorm (at least 4 inches), which limited our hikes through the foliage. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the view of snow-covered hills and frosted treetops. Many thanks for a lovely stay and your kind hospitality.

Wow! What a wonderful and unique log cabin, with gorgous views of the mountians! We came for a family wedding in Enosburg Falls and couldn't stop talking about the cabin. Every day we saw wildlife, one day chipmonks, another day a grey wolf, just fab! I took over 400 pictures of beautiful landscape. What a great place to stay.

Owner response: We're so happy that you liked our place and appreciated the scenery and wildlife. You were great guests! Myra Handy

Owner response: Great having you! I was amazed that your men hiked Camels Hump so quickly! Definitely a healthy bunch. It's fun for us to host such enthusiastic guests!
