My husband, Fabio and his "twin" brother, Claudio are responsible for making Vista Mar what it is today!! They purchased the motel that existed on the property prior and worked with other developers to make it an amazing complex for people to enjoy!!

Fabio and Debbie are "locals" to the Wildwood Crest/Cape May area. We love the beaches and everything the area has to offer. I am a stay mom with 2 small children!! We have a few local businesses that we take pride in...one being a fitness facility(Cape May Health Club 609-898-3800). If you looking for a workout on your vacation...stop by!! I enjoy the time it takes me to rent out my condos and am happy to say that a lot of my renters are now my friends!

We have rented all over the country from various owners on VRBO and have always been very very satisfied. This trips accommodations fell somewhat short of what we expected based on the explanation and pictures in their add. We would rent from them again - but we are more likely to select something similar that may have better beds. 8 - 50 year old ladies rented unit 104 for the week. The pros: unit is spacious, kitchen well equipped, nice balcony and you can see ocean, great counters and dinning room table, pool gets sun all day, internet connection, there is staff that keep the property spotless including all outdoor areas, the gas grills were clean and easy to use, the walls were thick and you did not hear the neighbors, we arrived early and were allowed to enter the unit. The Cons: refrigerator would not stay closed (corrected on the third day), ice machine did not work, all mattresses are saggy and in need of replacement, carpet needs cleaning, TV remotes did not work, couches in need of replacement, 4 beach chairs were to be available and there was 1 working and 1 not usable. Overall I would rate the unit as good,. Once the mattress replacement occurs, ice-maker parts are on order and with a good carpet cleaning this would be an excellent value.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed our stay at the Vista Mar last month. The condo was fully equiped for cooking and entertaining. The pool area was large, very clean and had plenty of seating. The beach is only steps away. We also walked to the boardwalk several nights. It was reassuring that the owners live a few miles away in case we needed anything. We definately would stay here again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
