  If you love southern California the way I do, this place is an exceptional find. - just steps away from one of the most beautiful and secluded beaches I've ever enjoyed. This home is perfect for relaxing and taking in the SoCal beach lifestyle. It was very clean and quiet with all the amenities one could ask for. I especially enjoyed the peaceful backyard and the jacuzzi was fantastic after spending a day at the beach.

  Though I only live about 30 minutes south of this property Leucadia has an entirely different vibe from San Diego. Love the funky artistic laid back beach vibe of this community. Desiring a bit more than a "Stay-cation" this gem filled my need for a local beach escape to revitalize. The home was spotless and the kitchen fully stocked for those of you who love to cook. The beach is only a couple blocks away which was perfect for my morning and afternoon run on the sand. A soak in the hot tub was the perfect way to end each day. The owner was exceptionally accommodating and helpful with local restaurant, shopping and gym recommendations. Artists and creative types would love this place as it inspired me to film a short YouTube video one day while working out at the beach.   Thanks for providing such a wonderful place to call "home" for Thanksgiving. Property was even better than the virtual tour. Fully equipped kitchen, great appliances and lots of dishes; felt like Paul Dean! Beach house was VERY clean, comfortable beds and linens and "homey" feeling. The guys liked the sound system; but, I did get them to fry the turkey on the beautiful patio. Short walk to the beach every morning and every evening was so relaxing. Great sunsets. The owner answered all my questions before the arrival date, provided maps and directions, was accommodating and had everything written out in the welcome letter. I highly recommend staying in this lovely beach house. Thanks John. We will be back.

  We are over the moon about this property. The owner is pleasant and accommodating and the house is EXACTLY as advertised. The house was spotless and there wasn't an amenity or an appliance missing that we wanted or needed. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back for another retreat and recharge week. Thanks so much!

  We loved this house. My husband, son and I slept in the Master Bedroom and our niece slept in the 2nd room. There was plenty of room for all of us including 2 beautifully decorated bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and far enough from the rooms that you can easily sit back, have a few drinks and share a good laugh without waking anyone (in our case a toddler). The hot tub was also set to the perfect temperature and we used it every night. And lastly the beach is so close. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes, if not less. We plan on staying here again. The layout is perfect for couples or a small family. The house is located on a very quiet street and Encinitas is the perfect beach community: not crowded, funky, clean and beautiful. The owner was so also so nice. Thanks John! We loved our stay.
