This is a wonderful, quiet and peaceful setting. Nestled in a wooded area you will have the privacy you want while vacationing with your family. Although you feel like you are out in the country, you are not secluded.
There are multiple restaurants from 5 to 15 minutes away, plus shopping malls and other attractions. This is a great spot to relax and enjoy beautiful views. Great for fishing and other water sports. Dock will hold one boat and up to two personal watercraft.
This is a spacious ranch with and open floor plan. A large Florida room overlooks the yard and river.
The Seneca River is known for its outstanding carp,catfish and bass fishing.
