This is the beach vacation you have been dreaming about!! Relax and enjoy the panoramic views of sugar-white beaches and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico from the balcony of our tastefully decorated beachfront condo. One of ONLY four units in a newly renovated complex, our top floor location -above one other unit- offers not only the quietest location, but also the best views!
The cute, 'cabana style' decor will make you smile, especially when you spot the brightly colored sea-life and palm trees adorning the walls! You will feel as though you are on a peaceful, secluded island, even though you are only 20 minutes from the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport and 30 minutes from Tampa.
Spend a lazy day soaking in the Jacuzzi or crystal-clear pool (warmer in the winter months), or show off your grilling skills in the outdoor kitchen (equipped with an oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, barbeque grill and picnic table). The outdoor breezeway, complete with a pool table, seating area, and picnic table, is a great place to hang out if you need a break from the sun's rays.
The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, if your vacation plans involve cooking, and there is room for 6 people to dine comfortably (4 at the table and 2 at the counter/bar.) The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own private bathroom, walk-in closet and cable television. The first guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed. The guest bath has a large tub to relax in, which will come in handy after a busy day at the beach. The second guest bedroom has a full-sized futon and cable television. The living room has an additional full-sized pull-out sofa, if you need to accommodate 2 more people. There is a cable television and a VHS/DVD player for your entertainment needs.
The condo has a dual access stairwell - one by the parking area and another by the beach/pool area. There is covered parking and a gate which separates the parking area from the breezeway/pool area, providing a great deal of privacy.
Numerous attractions nearby include Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), golf, aquariums, art museums, planetarium, great restaurants, water sports, rentals, and loads of beach fun!!
By far, one of the best beach condos you will find anywhere!

My family can't say enough about how much we loved our vacation. The place was clean and inviting and made us feel like we were at home. Although in our home we can't walk right out to the pool and beach. My son and niece couldn't get enough of that. This was a great place for kids and adults. It's close to some fun restaurants and stores and a quick drive to Clearwater and other great areas. We are already thinking of when we can go back cause we can't imagine staying anywhere else.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful beach condo. Eveything was so convenient with a downstairs bathroom and a full kitchen. ItI saved our little ones from having to go up and down the stairs for snacks or a restroom. Also, the gated area around the unit was ideal for keeping the smaller children within eye sight! The sunsets were magnificent!! Even as a Florida resident, you can never tire of that! The unit slept 4 adults and 2 children very comfortably We will definitely return to this lovely condo! Judy.
