Beverly House is situated in the beach front property development of Siam Royal View. This three level home was finished in early 2011. All finishing’s were upgraded from standard homes in a modern theme. Each of the large four bedrooms has double beds and spacious Italian tiled bathrooms.
The house is situated on the second row, but with the extra third level there are 270 degree views of beaches front and back as well as the Golf Course. The newly finished front timber deck, stainless steel cooker and tropical landscaped garden provide a lovely green setting perfect for watching the sunset, enjoying a red and throw a shrimp on the BBQ. The home is only a minute’s walk from the Beach Club Restaurant, Swimming pool, Outdoor bar facilities and H2O Water Sports.
Whilst Beverly House is surrounded by beaches and nature there's no reason you won't enjoy yourself inside too. Wireless Internet, 2 Large screen TV's with Cable and DVD's ;-)
There's not much we haven't catered for in this home to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With wireless internet you, friends and the family can enjoy as much internet roaming by laptop or Ipad as they please without walking to the Beach Club.
For the guys, the Living room 55inch LED flatscreen and Master bedroom 42 inch LCD are both connected to UBC, so you wont miss your favourite League Team matches on this holiday. Even if the family want to watch a movie on the Blue Ray. You just migrate to the Master Bedroom.
I can't recommend more some local produce shopping at Klong Son. If you get there late afternoon the local market straight opposite the 7 11 has fresh food ready to throw on the BBQ. Otherwise you can buy fresh food off the many restaurants at White Sand Beach uncooked and take them home.
Make sure you also head over to H2O Water Sports. Matt and his wife are great and will kit you up with everything you need to get you and the family out on the water safely. I personally recommend the stand up paddle boards.
