My siblings and I rented this cabin as a gift for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and they absolutely loved it! We all did!! Everything was perfect! Staying in this beautiful cottage was as clean and comfortable as staying in our own homes. Even though other cabins are close, we felt like we were total seperate from everyone. The neighbors we did meet were very friendly. The entire weekend was very peaceful and relaxing, and one that none of us will forget for a long time. The bay was a perfect spot for the kids to fish, canoe, kayak, paddle boat and swim without interference from other boaters (of which there were very few). We camped in the campgrounds many years ago and all have wonderful memories...the beach, the dams, the clean lake - was exactly as we remember. My parents wore smiles the entire time (well, maybe not the day we left). A wonderful place to create new memories and reminisce of the old. We are hoping to make this a yearly family gathering. Thank you Char & Steve! We'll definately be back!!

Just got back from our second annual trip to Rock Dam....everything was perfect as always! We had such a good relaxing time and got to see some relatives. We also got to see the other cabin that Char and Steve are putting the finishing touches on. It will be every bit as great as this one is! Thanks again! Joe and Pat Einhaus and family 2011

We stayed at this cabin for four nights with 10 people and had an amazing experience! This cabin is very nice and Char and Steve make every detail from directions to what to bring seem so simple. We will definitely be returning.

This note is long overdue… We’ve been coming up to your Cottage for years now and I wanted to thank you Charlotte for opening your beautiful cottage to my family. We enjoy our time up north so much and we look forward to our trips every year. It’s the highlight of our summer! I always enjoy walking into the cottage after being away. There is always something new to see. The work you and Steve have put into the home over the years is amazing. Updating this and that—redecorating different rooms, adding a second bathroom, but my favorite room in the house has stayed the same—the back porch. It’s a perfect place to watch a sunset, enjoy a late dinner, play cards and talk with the kids. We love it! It’s also amazing how clean the house is every time we walk in—even though many times we are coming in after past guest and you only have a few hours to clean, it’s always perfect. We love the lake as well. Your pier is just the right length to fish from, jump into the water, or tie up a Jet-Ski or a boat. And sometimes the best fishing we’ve found on the lake is also right off the pier! Thanks again Charlotte for opening your home to us. You’ve given us many wonderful family memories.

What a beautiful place to relax. Char and Steve were wonderful to work with, making our trip very enjoyable. The cottage was even better than what the pictures show - obviously a lot of owner pride. The water and nearby ATV trails make this a perfect spot for family vacations.
