My wife & I will be staying in our upstairs master bedroom while any guests are staying with us and the price listed is for all three bedrooms. We have 3 pets: two Alaskan Klee Kai's dogs that are 15 and 26 lbs, one cat and we are pet friendly depending on the animal.
We have a 5 bedroom house with 4 private bedrooms / 2 private bathrooms for rent, with a workout room (in the garage), big backyard, heated pool and hot tub, WiFi & cable TV. Our house is in South Austin just off Loop 1 (Mopac, a major Austin highway) and we're 6 exits from downtown. It is a $25 10 to 15 minute cab ride and a $ 2.00 1 hour bus ride to downtown Austin.
In addition to the three bedrooms we have three queen blowup mattresses which we normally put one in the downstairs guest bedroom, one in the upstairs guest bedroom and the third can go in a common area like the upstairs/downstairs living room. We can make special accommodations for guests.

No Smoking Inside the Home
Smoking allowed on the back patio if the back door is closed
Lock the house up when you leave
Please swim, workout and Xbox kinect at your own risk
When you leave please close all bedroom doors and make sure that the cat is not in the room before you do (the cat is very sneaky, she will hide under your bed and loves being in the white bedroom to which she is not allowed in)
Please ask us for anything you need i.e. wireless pass, etc.
