If you've been to the Destin area lately, you had to have noticed the two magnificent Towers in the skyline, which are now the tallest buildings in Okaloosa and Walton Counties
Situated in the Seascape Community, Ariel Dunes towers over the adjacent golf course and offers breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as magnificent views across the golf course to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
When you enter off of Scenic Gulf Drive and proceed through the security gate, you will instantly know that you have chosen the perfect vacation destination! While pulling up in to the building's drive-thru entry court and main floor lobby, you will immediately admire the expansive pools (some of the largest in Destin) which total in excess of 11,000 square feet, as well as the large adjacent deck areas and extensive landscaping. As an added benefit, the pools include a heated section during colder months as well as complimentary lounge chairs.
Following a short trip up one of several elevators, you will enter our 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condominium to find all that your heart desires in a vacation accommodation. This unit features nine ft ceilings, ceramic tile and plush carpet flooring, raised panel kitchen cabinetry and beautiful GRANITE countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all STAINLESS STEEL GE PROFILE appliances which include a 26 foot side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, coffee maker, blender, toaster and many other items that will ensure optimum convenience.
This Platinum level condo has been furnished in a way that complements the already luxurious feel of Ariel Dunes. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for six as well as a bar with two stools. The living room features a cozy queen sleeper/sofa, a standard sofa, a soft chair with ottoman and a coffee table...all with a view of the Gulf's beautiful waters. A high-end 37" PLASMA HD-TV enhances the living area and also includes a DVD and VCR which is sure to make you feel right at home. A large eight foot sliding glass door opens from the living area to the patio and offers magnificent views out to the Gulf and of the pools below.
The fully furnished master bedroom includes a king size bed with tempurpedic memory foam topper, soft chair and ottoman, dual bed side tables with lamps and clock radios as well as a nice 27" Flat Screen TV, and DVD player. This room offers views of the Gulf and access to the 350 square foot private patio through its own eight foot sliding glass door. It also includes a master bathroom which features a glass enclosed shower, double vanity and a large garden tub that you can soak in while actually enjoying a view of the Gulf.
The guest bedroom features a queen bed with a plush Sealy pillow top mattress, night stand and clock alarm as well as a dresser, large closet and 20" Flat Screen TV with built-in DVD and VCR. It has private access to the guest bathroom which can also be accessed from the hall way. The view from this guest bedroom is impressive - providing a wonderful look across the Seascape Golf course and out to the Choctawhatchee Bay. This condo is an awesome place. You can not go wrong renting this one! Everything was just like it was in the pictures. It was very clean and taken care of. The owner was exceptional to work with. This was a sudden trip with special circumstances for us and he was more than willing to work with us. We will definitely rent from him again. I also have already recommended this condo to two friends.

We were tempted to stay at another condo closer to the Emerald Grand, but we are so glad we stayed here. It was perfect! The golf course is in your backyard and the ocean is a quick skip across the street. Everything is really close and for those nights that we didn't feel like going out, the Cabana Cafe was an excellent choice which is located on the first floor of the condo building. We even had beach chairs in the condo and beach toys. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Destin. Thank you for making our vacation very special and full of good memories.

We took our vacation here with our three children. We had a fabulous time. The place was immaculate with top notch decor and ammenities. My kids really enjoyed the pools, and we all enjoyed the beach here. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. Excellent condo. We hope to return. A wonderful bonus was the fact that the condo was full of inflatables, beach chairs, a beach cart, sand toys. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking for the family easy. The owner was excellent to communicate with and made booking the condo easy. Thanks again!

This condo has everything you need from games, to movies, to beach chairs. It was nice to show up and find "that little something extra". The owner is a real nice person to do business with also.

A wonderful condo- the pictures are true pictures - we have rented 15 different condos over the years and until this one each one was never up to par with the photos. Not so here. The amenties are great, the cafe at Ariel Dunes has super food, so convenient. The view from the large balcony is so enjoyable. The pleasant walks, the first rate kitchen, being close to the elevator - all of the beach supplies there - plus everyone we met was just so nice, all of this adds up to a happy relaxed vacation. I cannot say enough about how great the place was and the owner follows up with you to make sure it is what you expected and if you need anything. It was our 25th anniversary and it meant a lot to have such a wonderful place to celebrate it. The Beach and the pools were awesome. Easy walk to the beach it is really very close and the walk is down a palm tree path. We will not stay anywhere else.

If you are looking for a great place to stay THIS IS IT Jeremy is a great guy to rent from. The condo is so clean and many extras. Golf course is right at your back door and the Beach is waiting for you at the front door.

Wow what a wonderful vacation! Our entire family enjoyed this condo. The location was great and kids LOVED the pools even our 10 mth old. The condo was fully equipped with more then I even imagined. The beach toys and chairs were a real surprise. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone going to Destin because we are planning on going back next year and would not stay anywhere else!
