We were tempted to stay at another condo closer to the Emerald Grand, but we are so glad we stayed here. It was perfect! The golf course is in your backyard and the ocean is a quick skip across the street. Everything is really close and for those nights that we didn't feel like going out, the Cabana Cafe was an excellent choice which is located on the first floor of the condo building. We even had beach chairs in the condo and beach toys. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Destin. Thank you for making our vacation very special and full of good memories.

THE PICTURE PERFECT CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL. HAD A GREAT TIME EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS THERE. FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN MOVIES GAMES BEACH CHAIRS WASHER&DRYER.HAD A WONDERFUL TIME CONDO WAS CLEANED THE OWNER OF THIS CONDO IS SUPER NICE AND WILL DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN A VERY HONEST PERSON.

We took our vacation here with our three children. We had a fabulous time. The place was immaculate with top notch decor and ammenities. My kids really enjoyed the pools, and we all enjoyed the beach here. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. Excellent condo. We hope to return. A wonderful bonus was the fact that the condo was full of inflatables, beach chairs, a beach cart, sand toys. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking for the family easy. The owner was excellent to communicate with and made booking the condo easy. Thanks again!

My family really enjoyed this condo. The property is very nice and the condo is super.We stayed three nights and four days and had a great time. If you have chance to stay here i would.

This condo is an awesome place. You can not go wrong renting this one! Everything was just like it was in the pictures. It was very clean and taken care of. The owner was exceptional to work with. This was a sudden trip with special circumstances for us and he was more than willing to work with us. We will definitely rent from him again. I also have already recommended this condo to two friends.

This condo has everything you need from games, to movies, to beach chairs.  It was nice to show up and find "that little something extra".  The owner is a real nice person to do business with also.

A wonderful condo- the pictures are true pictures - we have rented 15 different condos over the years and until this one each one was never up to par with the photos. Not so here. The amenties are great, the cafe at Ariel Dunes has super food, so convenient. The view from the large balcony is so enjoyable. The pleasant walks, the first rate kitchen, being close to the elevator - all of the beach supplies there - plus everyone we met was just so nice, all of this adds up to a happy relaxed vacation. I cannot say enough about how great the place was and the owner follows up with you to make sure it is what you expected and if you need anything. It was our 25th anniversary and it meant a lot to have such a wonderful place to celebrate it. The Beach and the pools were awesome. Easy walk to the beach it is really very close and the walk is down a palm tree path. We will not stay anywhere else.

Wow what a wonderful vacation! Our entire family enjoyed this condo. The location was great and kids LOVED the pools even our 10 mth old. The condo was fully equipped with more then I even imagined. The beach toys and chairs were a real surprise. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone going to Destin because we are planning on going back next year and would not stay anywhere else!

If you are looking for a great place to stay THIS IS IT Jeremy is a great guy to rent from. The condo is so clean and many extras. Golf course is right at your back door and the Beach is waiting for you at the front door.

Nicest Place I've stayed in Destin!!! I took my family to Destin and found this condo online and thought it looked nice. I had no idea that the pictures didn't do it justice. It felt just like home and I'll plan to stay there every time I go to the coast. Great location and price! I am still in disbelief for the great deal it was! We didn't want to leave.

I stayed in this condo for 6 months. It is a beautiful place with a beautiful view. This condo is set up with everything you would need. Jeremy is great to work with and will make every effort to make sure that all of your needs are taken care of.

This condo was very comfortable, especially the beds. My daughter enjoyed the mattresses so well we had to pull her out of bed. Well not exactly, but they were comfi. The unit is well stocked and the location was great. The condo is close to the mall and other activities. Will be back!

Incredible Condo!, May 25, 2007 This condo is incredible, it is decorated beautifully, has a fantastic view and a convenient location. It was awesome to be able to sit on the HUGE balcony, have a meal and enjoy the view of the gulf. We cannot wait to return.

Total Relaxation By the Sea My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo in April, 2007 and we were thrilled with all of the conveniences this condo offered. The location was directly off the beach and an easy drive to shopping, dining and sightseeing.

It is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need for a great family vacation. We had 6 of us staying and there was more than enough room for all of us. Our friends stayed in another unit while we were there and it was not near as nice as this one. And the owner is extremely pleasant to deal with. The pools at the complex are beautiful and you are a 5 minute (or less) walk from beautifully kept beaches. I HIGHLY reccommend!

You can have confidence when you reserve this condo. We were blown away by the location, the views, and the interior design. This condo towers over the massive pools, while giving you a post card view of the gulf. Parking and access to the condo was a breeze. The upgrades in this condo made it easy to relax when not at the pool/beach. This classy unit will be our first choice for when visiting Destin. The owner was great to work with and all was handled professionally. We love this condo!

The condo was beautiful and brand new, well equipped and comfortable, kid friendly if we ever take the grandkids. The newness was good and bad. Bad only because there was construction all around at the time. Good because of the new pools which we virtually had all to ourselves - we like to swim- in addition to the pristine white sand beach with clear blue water to walk to and enjoy. Owner was great to deal with and very responsive.
