We had a wonderful time at your place, Paul! It was a group of 10 (ages 22-30) and we had a blast! Plenty of room for everyone. It was our first time in Ocean City during the off season as we went for a long New Year's weekend. There was still plenty to do, but we found ourselves hanging around the place because it was so nice! Thanks for a great place to stay Paul. We look forward to staying again!

Perfect Girls Weekend

The girls and I were looking for an inexpensive weekend getaway and ended up staying here. It was perfect! First of all, Ocean City off season is still a pretty busy place, without the crowds and we had fun walking the boardwalk, going to eat, touring the DogFish Head brewery nearby (highly recommend). Being a group of foodies having such a top-of-the line kitchen made cooking at home even more fun- nothing like fresh "catch of the day" cooked up with your favorite beers from the brewery tour. We had plans to go out a lot, but found the place so comfortable we spent most of our time sitting in front of the fireplace reading or watching movies. It was also great to have easy access to the WIFI so I could still do some work when called on for an emergency in the office. Loved the place- none of us wanted to leave!

Really enjoyable weekend made better by the condo. The layout in the living area was just perfect for 6 people. Furnishings were nice, and the kitchen area was very practical as far as space, and utilization goes. Condo also in a good beach location. Would definitely go back.

Thanks Paul! This place was very comfy and spacious. It included all the amenities that one would need. We love the flat screen tv and warm fireplace. My family and I were visiting the wkd of the Corvette Car show and had a nice time.Even though it was a semi cold weekend, this place still made it all worth it. It was very nice to get away and I would def recommend your place for another family to enjoy!

One of the BEST vacations EVER!

My family and I vacationed in Ocean City, Md from August 28, 2010- September 2, 2010. The condo is absolutely beautiful! There are many amenities; such as, the spacious family room, granite countertops, televisions in all three bedrooms, and storage unit outside. We enjoyed having our privacy and our children loved sleeping in the pyramid bunks with their own television. We relaxed on the balcony and watched the scenic bay view. It was super convenient to walk across the street for dinner, coffee and dessert at the Dough Roller and Rita's. There is also a small grocery store in walking distance which came in very handy. We practically had the beach to ourselves since the Convention Center is on the bayside. The short walk also allowed us to leave the beach for lunch without getting exhausted from walking. This unit is clean, large and comfortable, and it has many beautiful upgrades. I highly recommend renters consider this property! We already reserved our 2011 vacation here! Thank you to the owner and thanks to Coldwell Banker for handling the reservation!

This condo is awesome. Very clean, all the amenities and then some. We absolutely love coming to OC with no worries about where we are going to stay. Highly recommend owner and booking agency. We stayed at Paul's condo on Oct 09, Oct 10 and let me start by just saying this condo is amazing the pictures truely do not display this condos beauty inside and out between outstanding bay view and modern admenities inside ie: large screen tv's, all update appliances, and fireplace/enterainment (very nice touch). Paul is very accommodating and all around great guy to rent from. Would love to stay at this condo every time at the ocean

Hi, I just recently came back from a 4 day stay at this lovely rental property and the pictures do not do this place justice! I've gone down to Ocean City twice a year for the past 5 years and never had stayed in a place so spectacular. It is very spaceous, cozy, and not to mention a great location. From now on when I plan my trips to Ocean City I know exactly where I want to stay. Till the next time....
