The screened-in porch off the family room and kitchen is perfect for enjoying the lake breezes. Enjoy your morning coffee on the master bedroom's deck, or the third floor guest bedroom's balcony. Use the Gas barbecue grill or simply relax on the large front porch. Each garage has its own wagon that you can load your beach gear into and wheel down to the beach or put the kids in them and poke around town.

I would label myself as very particular or highly selective (i.e. picky) when choosing where my family and I stay. I desire a property that is truly a home away from home: The property needs to be spacious, homey, comfortable and very clean. This property (96534) was above and beyond my expectations or dream. Our children still talk today about this townhome as their most favorite place to stay. This property is therefore the family's benchmark against which all subsequent and future accommodations are compared and ranked. The owner/renter is a quintessential professional. I can't imagine renting from anyone else, because I can't imagine many can equal his integrity, trustworthiness, dependability, and empathy with the traveling family. This experience was an extraordinary blessing. I will not endorse a product, person, or place unless I truly believe in the quality and exceptional character of the object. This property and its owner/renter are so much more than pictures or words can represent. You must experience them for yourself; you will not be disappointed!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We absolutely recommend renting these townhomes for any occasion. We decided to rent side by side units for Thanksgiving this year and could not have had a more perfect holiday. The rentals were clean, beautiful, and had great space. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to put together a huge meal without any hassle or stress. Midnight Madness shopping at the outlet mall was great fun to cap off the evening. It was a perfect location - close enough to walk to the lake and the marina, and centrally located to easily get to restaurants. Definitely check out the casinos in the area and make sure you have dinner and drinks at the Bentwood restaurant in the Marina Grand hotel. Also must dos for the week: Redamak's for the best burgers in town, Oink's for great ice cream, and Rosie's for breakfast. We are definitely planning to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and beach, too!Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

We also rented this unit for girls weekends in April of 2010 & April of 2011. We had so much fun the first time that we had to return and are planning to return yet again. The accomodations were perfect! We really enjoyed the screened in porch seating area and rooftop deck. The location is fantastic for walking to restaurants & shops and a close distance to the two casinos.The owner was very easy to work with as well.I would highly recommend this property!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Our group of women had a wonderful time at this townhouse! Everything was beautiful and as described. It was walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops and was within reasonable driving distance to many wineries and tasting rooms!! It was also spacious enough for us to hang out and have a great time when the weather wasn't so great! The unit owner was very easy to work with and responded to al questions VERY quickly. I would definitely recommend this townhouse to friends and family. We can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
