The Saturday afternoon Farmers Market is rarely cancelled due to weather. Morro Bay hosts a number of special events you will not want to miss. Enjoy: The Car Show, bringing cars from all over the country, The International Surf Competition, The Lighted Boat Parade, our annual Valentine Day Parade and Harbor Fest, just to mention a few of the larger events. This region is internationally acclaimed for its wineries. They offer wine tasting and special events. The Hearst Castle is a must see in the area and is only minutes away, traveling along California Highway 1, considered by many to be the most breathtaking scenery in California. For sure, you won't get tired or bored exploring the Central Coast of California! Have fun!
