We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The pictures are exactly as it looked. In fact, I have these same pictures on my camera.. The condo was clean, organized and truely "steps" to the beach. We rented a car for only 2 days as the Hollywood Trolley and Water Taxi were just a couple blocks away. We look forward to returning some day.

Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, tourists without a car.

We stayed at this property a few weeks ago. it was wonderful. The location was great, just a few steps from the boardwalk. The unit was very accomodating with anything you could possibly need to shower, cook & enjoy the beach with, including beach chairs, etc. The unit was very clean & very updated. We felt very comfortable there. It was very quiet and relaxing. The pool was literally right outside our door. We would recommend it to anyone and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Villa in Paradise

We stayed in the condo 8/11-8/14/2011.The condo was better than advertised! It was equiped with everything you could ever need on a vacation. The pool was refreshing and out the front door. We loved that is was a few steps to the beach. We will book again.

We spent the last week of May at this lovely condo. It was very clean and its location is perfect! The kids (ages 5 and 7) loved the pool and had a blast at the splash pad and beach, which are steps away. We will definitely book another stay in the near future! Thanks Clover!

Fabulous Hollywood condo

We spent March 2011 at Clover's and Ken's condo in Hollywood Beach Florida and we had fabulous vacations. The condo was very clean, and exactly as described in the photos on VRBO. We would recommend this condo to friends and family. The beach is very close and the neighbourhood is clean, safe and quiet.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

Perfect ending to our vacation!

We made the right choice in renting this property!! This was the last stop on our Florida road trip and stayed there a total of 5 days. We can honestly say it was our favorite part of our vacation. The villa was absolutely amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and it was great being close to the beach. We literally got up one morning at 6:15am to go see the sunrise in our pj's ! The villa itself is very clean and Clover is fantastic to deal with. Whatever requests we made, she was extremely accommodating. My three year old loved the pool...so we managed to take advantage of it frequently. We definitely miss "our" villa now that we are back home and will definitely return soon!

We love staying here. The condo is lovely and perfectly clean. It's in a small building that is steps from the beach and broadwalk. It's fully equipped with everything you'll need. There's reserved parking. It is a great value.

We stayed in this beautiful condo last May and plan on going back again this year. We had a wonderful time. The condo is nicely decorated and we loved the pool area. The location is perfect & we really appreciated having our own parking space.

Now back in the cold north we already miss "our" Hollywood Beach. We stayed one month in this nice condo located perfectly within one minute to the lovely beach and boardwalk. Everything has been so good: the nice and well furnished apartment, the complete set of appliances in the kitchen, the bed, all equipment has worked fine etc. So close to the lovely Broadwalk with music for an old jazzdigger every Wednesday and Thursday at Charnow Park and Square Dance as well. Not to mention the free parking spot just outside the entrance, the great pool-area with a brand new state-of-the-art barbecue. We hope to have a chance to come back.

: What a GREAT condo, it was everything they said and more!! Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and great layout. We travelled with two young kids(2 andd 4 years old) they loved it, the pool, the beach and the splash pad and boardwalk all steps away, fantastic location!! Highly recommended and would definetly stay there again. A++++
