My husband and I stayed at this condo for 8 nights and loved every minute of it! The proximity to the beach, BroadWalk, restaraunts, bars, parks, and shops is so nice. We think that this is one of the nicest beaches/broadwalks we have been on in the United States. So clean and no Riff Raff! Awesome for people watching, truly an international hotspot! The condo is just beautiful and looks just like the photos posted. So stylish and homey feeling. Clover has done an amazing job decorating it. One day I was in the pool and a few ladies and I got to talking and they asked which condo we were staying in and I said "Number 21", and they said "Oh, the FANCY one". Haha, they were right! We took full advantage of having all of the beach items and loved having the coolers. Packed snacks to take to the beach everyday. My husband and I are already talking about bringing our family down to this lovely area. Not sure what condo they will be staying (just kidding) but we definitely will be staying here!!

We loved everything about this condo. We spent four nights and it was just perfect. Clean, comfortable, cozy. Decorating was great. It was also nice to have a pool right in front of our door. It was everything the description said. We would recommend this to all friends and family.

Loved our stay at this great condo that was very clean and FULLY equipped. It's location is terrific...only steps away from the beach & Broadwalk. We have stayed at several other condos in Hollywood but this one is by far the best. Already booked for coming back in January.

Fabulos Beach Getaway

Our family of 3 stayed here for 12 days, our 3 yr old daughter loved that we could walk out our door and jump in the pool, or walk to the beach.We made good use of the beach towels and chairs and umbrella on the beach and the pool toys. All of our meals we ate outside at the pool,and the kitchen was very well equipped for a vacation condo. The restaurants on the broadwalk were kid friendly and always good for people watching. Next time we are in Florida we would love to stay here.

What a lovely and immaculate condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and quiet even though located on a busy street. Clover has equipped her oasis with everything one might need to enjoy a wonderful stay. We appreciate Clover's attention to detail and will not hesitate to book again.

The unit was small but very well taken care of. Everything that was needed was there. The facility was very clean and neat. We enjoyed being steps from the boardwalk to exercise, go to the beach and eat at the various restaurants. We would certainly consider staying at this unit again.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The pictures are exactly as it looked. In fact, I have these same pictures on my camera.. The condo was clean, organized and truely "steps" to the beach. We rented a car for only 2 days as the Hollywood Trolley and Water Taxi were just a couple blocks away. We look forward to returning some day.

We stayed at this property a few weeks ago. it was wonderful. The location was great, just a few steps from the boardwalk. The unit was very accomodating with anything you could possibly need to shower, cook & enjoy the beach with, including beach chairs, etc. The unit was very clean & very updated. We felt very comfortable there. It was very quiet and relaxing. The pool was literally right outside our door. We would recommend it to anyone and we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the condo 8/11-8/14/2011.The condo was better than advertised! It was equiped with everything you could ever need on a vacation. The pool was refreshing and out the front door. We loved that is was a few steps to the beach. We will book again.

A perfect oasis!

We spent the last week of May at this lovely condo. It was very clean and its location is perfect! The kids (ages 5 and 7) loved the pool and had a blast at the splash pad and beach, which are steps away. We will definitely book another stay in the near future! Thanks Clover!

We spent March 2011 at Clover's and Ken's condo in Hollywood Beach Florida and we had fabulous vacations. The condo was very clean, and exactly as described in the photos on VRBO. We would recommend this condo to friends and family. The beach is very close and the neighbourhood is clean, safe and quiet.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Perfect ending to our vacation!

We made the right choice in renting this property!! This was the last stop on our Florida road trip and stayed there a total of 5 days. We can honestly say it was our favorite part of our vacation. The villa was absolutely amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and it was great being close to the beach. We literally got up one morning at 6:15am to go see the sunrise in our pj's ! The villa itself is very clean and Clover is fantastic to deal with. Whatever requests we made, she was extremely accommodating. My three year old loved the pool...so we managed to take advantage of it frequently. We definitely miss "our" villa now that we are back home and will definitely return soon!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We love staying here. The condo is lovely and perfectly clean. It's in a small building that is steps from the beach and broadwalk. It's fully equipped with everything you'll need. There's reserved parking. It is a great value.

We stayed in this beautiful condo last May and plan on going back again this year. We had a wonderful time. The condo is nicely decorated and we loved the pool area. The location is perfect & we really appreciated having our own parking space.

Now back in the cold north we already miss "our" Hollywood Beach. We stayed one month in this nice condo located perfectly within one minute to the lovely beach and boardwalk. Everything has been so good: the nice and well furnished apartment, the complete set of appliances in the kitchen, the bed, all equipment has worked fine etc. So close to the lovely Broadwalk with music for an old jazzdigger every Wednesday and Thursday at Charnow Park and Square Dance as well. Not to mention the free parking spot just outside the entrance, the great pool-area with a brand new state-of-the-art barbecue. We hope to have a chance to come back.

: What a GREAT condo, it was everything they said and more!! Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and great layout. We travelled with two young kids(2 andd 4 years old) they loved it, the pool, the beach and the splash pad and boardwalk all steps away, fantastic location!! Highly recommended and would definetly stay there again. A++++

We had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly like Clover described. Everything was very clean, well kept, and conviently located to all our needs. We would definitely rent from her again in the future and look forward to doing so. Clover is very organized, insightful and polite. With her you know exactly what to expect and will get your money's worth. We look forward to staying there again.

Clover should be an interior designer if she isn't in fact already. The place was immaculate, everything one could need on vacation. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Fabulous location with everything super close, yet felt very private. My 3 year old loved the pool!! Clover was an excellent host answering any questions I had during my stay and making sure we were comfortable. Will definately stay again.

Thanks Clover and Ken we had a superb week in your lovely condo celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. After the bright lights of Miami Beach is was so nice having some peace and quiet in such comfortable surroundings. We very much hope to return!

Our stay at Clover's condo was wonderful. It is clean and nicely updated. Very, very close to the beach and the pool was very big and clean as well. I love Hollywood, Fl and I will definately book with this particular condo again -- it was really great!

The VBRO is an interesting internet tool. However, the services depicted are only as good as the provider. I would like to confirm Clover is a good hostess and provider. We have stayed in motels costing too much, and the amenties with services were not good. Clover should train these people. The accomadations and services provided by her were excellant. We did not want for anything. It was like coming home after our long trip. Everything was in place, and neat like you left it. Enjoy Your Stay We did.

We have visited Hollywood beach before, but this was our favorite plact to stay. It was in a great location with the park, restaurants, bike rentals and beach very close by. We liked having a pool and the villa was perfect for our family of three. It was clean and had all the little extras. We have already recommended it to friends! All of the communication was quick and freindly. If we return, we would love to stay again. Thanks for sharing your home. We loved it!

We stayed in this condo in Jan 2009 and immediately booked a second stay. It is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and located only steps from the beach and broadwalk in a quiet building. There is a reserved parking space. If you chose to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped; if not, you're in walking distance of many restaurants. A great place to stay.

We stayed at Clover's condo in October 2008 for 9 nights and loved it! The decor and comfort is top notch. Always hot water and a great shower. Bed linens terrific and kitchen has all the cooking supplies you need. The location to the Broadwalk and beach is seriously CLOSE! It is, at most, a minute to reach the walk and beach. Pizza, ice cream, and other food very close/walking distance. We liked it so much we are returning this Sept and Oct for two different stays. For the October stay, our daughters will stay with us and use the pull out sofa. The location will be perfect for us to access the beach. If you have little ones, there is a park with water sprinklers that spring up from the ground - it is one minute away. All that being said, the condo is quiet. This is in a cool art deco condo setting and has a pool and parking place right at your door. In past years, we've stayed in hotels in Aventura and Fort Lauderdale. Since we found this condo, it's our first choice. Clover is easy to correspond with. The first thing we did after seeing the Miami Dolphins football schedule was decide which games we could go to given our work schedules. Then, we emailed Clover to reserve the condo. I wish I owned it...!

We loved it. The condo was spotless and nicer than the pictures could capture -- the pool was clean, kitchen was well stocked with tools for cooking. We would go back again in a heartbeat. Communication with the owner was outstanding.

The condo was even more elegant than the photos are! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although the condo is very close to the Hollywood Boardwalk, it was very peaceful. And the beach is just steps away.
