You have arrived! As you enter our beautiful villa you will see a bright panoramic view of the 15th fairway of the George Fazio Golf Course... and it is spectacular. You have chosen the best view and location in St. Andrews Common!
The spacious 1350 sq. ft. floor plan includes a newly renovated living room with wet bar, large dining room, a fully-equipped custom kitchen with new appliances and a separate breakfast room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a view of the lagoon and golf course. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms have private baths and cable TV/VCRs. There is also a new queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, a flat screen TV and a VCR/DVD Player. Everything is on the first floor -- no stairs or spiral staircase to second bedroom. Bring your laptop - we have HIGH SPEED Internet service.
Walk outside to your private patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of local wildlife. Just a few steps away is a beautiful pool overlooking the lagoon and the George Fazio golf course. The pool is conveniently close to the villa but far enough away for quiet privacy.
It is an easy walk or bike ride to Shelter Cove Harbor for fine, casual dining and great shopping. Enjoy the fireworks display and craft show every Tuesday evening during the summer season.
The FREE Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is available to all residents and guests. This service runs daily and transports guests to the beach, tennis center, golf course, restaurants, the Mall or Shelter Cove Harbor - all within Palmetto Dunes Resort - you can even arrange a pick-up right from our home. Ask us for details.
The ocean is just minutes away. Explore 3 miles of beach and the many pathways available in and around Palmetto Dunes Resort - bring your own bikes or rent from a new location right in Palmetto Dunes - PD Outfitters - they also have canoes, kayaks and other beach equipment available for rent and rates are very reasonable - all new equipment. You can call the Dunes Buggy to pick you up at our home -- they will transport you to and from the PD Outfitters shop to rent bikes and boats.

You can relax on our beautiful private patio, golf, play tennis, fish, kayak or canoe on 11 miles of lagoons, swim in the ocean or pool, lie on the beach, dine at fantastic restaurants or shop til you drop!
