St. Andrews State Park with great beaches, fishing, boating, water skiing, wind surfing and much more water sports is just a 15 minute drive away. Or take the boat from the Marriott to Shell Island for beach fun on the island!

Sue and Joe Homant moved to Florida from Michigan in 2001, and never looked back! Jo
We live in Tallahassee, about 2 hours from the condo. Joe is retired and Sue is President of The Able Trust, a Florida foundation. Both are golfers, and together have five children and 11 grandchildren.
Why the Owner Chose Bay Point
We love the surroundings, the access to water, the ability to take long walks in a beautiful settng. The two golf course right outside the door were of course attractive, and the security of the area was important for keeping the unit safe and protected when we were not there. This is a growing area of the state, and becomes more attractive to visitors every year.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We have friends in the area, who join us at golf, at attending some of the many fun events (The billfish tournament, holiday celebrations, the holiday boat and Krewe parades). We have some favorite restaurants, and this is a great escape for Sue when she needs quiet time away from the office - but still access when needed, thus the DSL line.
