Why the Owner Chose Beach Resort
We vacationed in Destin as children ourselves and then as young marrieds with children of our own. When our youngest was accepted to Florida State, we decided to live where we had always vacationed, quit our jobs in Jacksonville, and moved! We still marvel at the beauty of this special place and are grateful everytime we see the emerald blue water of the Gulf of Mexico and walk on the soft white sand.

Bob and Diane, Thank you for opening your wonderful "home" to us. The decor and furnishings were beautiful as well as comfortable. We love the view, our time at the beach and the awesome pool. we chose to stay at this location, because of the pool area, the low rise building, the condo amenities and the low number of units at this building. We were not disappointed and we are talking about coming back to sty here again. We love Destin and enjoy our time here vey much. Thank you for making it extra nice and for the key lime pie. What a treat!

The sleepong arrangements were perfect for our family of four. The kitchen area was well stocked with everything we needed for our meals. The pie was a special treat & gone in no time. The view from the balcony was georgeous & the pool was great! Spent many hours there as the beach was a little too cool for swimming. But warmer than Lake Michigan in the summer! Thank you again for your hospitality. Sure hope to see you again!

Unit 505 has been a wonderful place to spend the winter. This is our 4th winter in Destin, and this is the best of all. It was so clean and the kitchen so well equipped. The view is great and the pool is the best in Destin. Thank you and we'll see you next year!

This was our second time to stay in one of Diane and Bob's condos. Last year we came to Destin and stayed in Unit 205. We loved it so much, we returned this year to stay in 505! We loved the attention to detail, the beautiful furnishings and the awesome views. It was great that the condo has everything in it you need for your stay. We were lucky to have perfect weather and our children loved the pool, the beach and the sea. We discovered Destin four years ago when we moved to Arkansas from the United Kingdom. It has become a favorite of ours and we hope we will visit for many years to come. Thanks, Diane and Bob!

We had a wonderful time in condo 505. It was even better than the internet pictures portrayed it to be. Our boys (ages 6&4) loved the bunk beds. We also loved the pool and beach access. It has been a long time since we've had a vacation without a work related purpose, and we truly loved it. THe condo itself was top-notch and had many high-end amenities. We are already discussing our next trip to Destin and will definitely be calling you. Thanks again for a vacation we will never forget.
