The cabin is conveniently located by Old Colorado City with its fabulous shopping and dinning, five miles from downtown Colorado Springs. Situated on a quiet street the Pikes Peak Cabin offers atmosphere of serenity and privacy (please, see my GUEST BOOK). Nestled into the hillside the home offers breathtaking views of the mountains. The house is ideally situated right by two parks and Mineral Springs. Enjoy fresh fresh mineral water every day! The PIKES PEAK CABIN was built in the beginning of last century and has a lot of architectural and historical character. The home provides conveniences of modern world while retaining the flavor of the past. Wood beam ceilings, wood paneling, old wood burning fireplace and natural moss rock walls give this place its own unique charm... Fully equipped kitchen. New brushed stainless steel small appliances. Enjoy fresh ground coffee in the Breakfast Nook or on the deck. Living Room has a charming wood burning fireplace and natural moss rock walls. DirecTV offers 140 channels. Both Bedrooms and the Bathroom are downstairs. Master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed with a beautiful bedding set, a dresser, a night stand, a small table and designer lamps. Teddy Bear bedroom has a full size futon, a dresser, a night stand, a TV-stand with TV set and BOSE Wave Music System. It also has a natural moss rock wall, a green house window and a separate exit and a big Teddy Bear. Hardwood floors are in the kitchen & the hallway. Lighted level street parking only.
