The lower level of this spacious 2,200 square foot townhouse features a very large family room with two separate seating areas. One faces the front windows and porch - a perfect place to read and/or enjoy well-deserved quiet time. The other faces a beautiful slate-surrounded gas fireplace and a television with dvd. The family room is open to the dining room, that seats 8 comfortably. The eat-in kitchen features its own table and chairs and is fully-stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals, snacks and cocktails. Directly outside the kitchen is a screened in porch which opens onto a patio with a gas grill. You will enjoy the close proximity of the grill to kitchen!
The first bedroom is on the main floor - perfect for kids - with a pyramid bunk bed. There is a full bathroom on the main floor to accommodate the guests in this sunny room. The upstairs features two generous Master Suites. Each spacious suite has its own private bathroom with porcelain tile and updated amenities. The owner's suite has its own private balcony that overlooks the community and the bathroom boasts a spa bathtub and separate shower. All 3-bedrooms have their own televisions equipped with cable and dvd players.
Other extras: beach chairs, (3) adult bikes (one with infant seat); private two-car garage; full laundry room; pack 'n' play; beach toys and children's toys. Beach towels and linens are provided(fee).

I recently stayed in a town house at Bayside. I am a beach lover so I was worried it would be too far from the actual sand but the shuttle was great. The pool was beautiful. We enjoyed the carousel and park despite the heat. We did not make it to the Cove often because my friend and I had too many little ones with us. We did make it to happy hour and really enjoyed ourselves. We even took all the kids on bike ride to the Point. Great place to stay. Nikki

We enjoyed all the amenities Bayside had to offer, the pool, the golf course, the fitness center and the bike paths. The golf course staff was very accommodating and the course itself was in great shape. The house was well stocked, clean and spacious. We have been renting shore houses for over 30 years and this one has by far surpassed all our expectations. Our grown children loved riding the bikes each day around Bayside and to and from the local ice cream shop. My husband and I enjoyed riding out to "The Point" each morning. We took daily trips to the Delaware State Park where the beach is wide, clean, and the daily rate for non-residents was very reasonable. I highly recommend this wonderful house for families with children of all ages, even those in their late teens!

This was the first "real" vacation that my husband and I have taken with our two boys (ages 5 and 3). We were extremely pleased the accommodations at Bayside. My parents and my sister also joined us for this trip and all 7 people comfortably stayed in the Signature House. Our boys never once played with the toys they had brought since the house was already furnished with so many "new" toys for them to explore. We enjoyed biking to the Point and the small private beach, using the pool and water park, and, of course, the playground with carousel right across the street. My dad and the boys even enjoyed flying kites in the grassy area in front of the playground. And, of course, there were the local beaches and the OC boardwalk that were only minutes away. There was never a dull moment during our stay and we are looking forward to being able to return soon (hopefully next year!) I would highly recommend this location for anyone with young children as the accommodations were excellent. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

For the last 12 years we have spent our vacation at Sea Colony in Bethany, and dealing with a reality agency. This beach house and Bayside are a fabulous upgrade. We were thrilled with all the extras from the bikes, grill, and everything you need for the beach! This is a lovely home, you can't possibly be disappointed. The owners are also very receptive and committed to providing you with a wonderful vacation.

This is a beautiful beach home and a wonderful place to spend a relaxing week at the beach. You'll feel like you've hit the lottery! Bayside is a beautiful family friendly community as well, that has something for everyone! My husband, children and I did not want to leave!

We rented last year in July and the place was better than described!! My family and kids had a wonderful vacation. This resort was the most private and nicer than all the others. So clean and new and so relaxing to wake up to every morning. I would highly recommend this place to others! Thanks for a restful and relaxing vacation!!!
