Located on the fifth fairway of the championship Mauna Kea golf course, this magnificent six bedroom estate overlooks the Pacific Ocean on the Big Island of Hawaii. Breathtaking vistas sweep in every direction with spectacular sunsets over the ocean and views of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, Maui and the Kohala range. Upon opening the gates, the sights and sounds of the fabulous water gardens transport visitors to another dimension. Brimming with exotic species of water lilies and colorful flashes of huge Japanese Koi, it is these gardens that provided the home its name - Lilio Lana I Ka Wai, which translates as "the home of the water lilies."
The list of amenities is virtually endless and includes a unique pool and spa; state-of-the-art media room; beautiful tropical gardens; and huge, gracious entertaining rooms and lanais.
This six bedroom, seven bath home has two main kitchens; three working bars (two outside); and another small kitchen in a secluded mini-apartment section. The home is decorated with custom-designed Koa wood Asian-style furnishings. The spacious master bedroom suite feature a complete in-home gym with complete set of equipment.

We just returned from paradise. Extended family stayed at large home that was more than we expected. The caretaker was so helpful, led us to a great fishing spot for our 7 year old son. We will heartily recommend this to any large groups. Yoga at the Hapuna was another highlight of our visit. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and grand. Too bad we had to come home!

Juliet, our family had a wonderful time here on the Big Island and enjoyed your lovely villa!! It's 4pm on Tuesday, 3/30 and all of our children and grandchildren have left for home. Only Sandie and I are here and we want to say that this vacation home was perfect. Please feel free to use me as a reference should the need arise. I called the caretaker today and left a message suggesting that if they wanted to clean the other bedrooms today or tomorrow morning, it would be ok with us. Everything is in order and there were no accidents. Your internet service works great -- I'm in the lanai area now. One question-- is that your mother with you and your sister?
