All rooms are on the same level - Master bedroom with king bed, TV and private bath; second bedroom with bunk bed, queen size bed, and TV with adjoining bath; third bedroom adjacent to living room with two twin beds and double closets; spacious living/dining room combo with adjacent fully equipped galley style kitchen which has a bar/pass through to dining area; screened porch and deck off living room; TV, DVD, stereo, wireless internet , and sofabed in living room .
Additional ground level amenities include a fenced in-ground private pool; charcoal burning grill; outside private shower; laundry room with washer/dryer; covered fish cleaning station. Fun Kissed is pet friendly with a $100 per pet (one dog under 25lbs limit 1) per animal. During Season I the arrival departure day for this property is Saturday. Reservations made for Season I are subject to the listed cycle day. Pets ,one dog up to 20 lb - $100 non refundable. Seasons 2-4 is 3 night minimum .
