  There are so many fantastic things I have to say about our stay but I'll start with gratitude:Laura and Frankie Bonilla-thank you for sharing your vacation home with us! We'll be back! The apartment is very clean and well maintained with amazing views to the golf course and the rainforests from the balcony. The sun sets on that side so the evenings are really enchanting sipping on something nice and taking it all in with a breeze of 15 mph at 84 degrees. You've all the amenities you need. Everything works. The cool part's when you arrive if someone left some beverages in the fridge you just enjoy them but when you leave-you make sure to do the same! That gets the party started quickly! It was 6 of us (Wife, 2 boys, mom+ mom in law-yeah, u read that right! That's how I roll!) More than enough room for everyone-the moms shared 1 bedroom, the kids crashed wherever. The pool's right across the walkway+ they have a billiards+ new grill out there so u can get ur BBQ on as I grilled like 3 nights straight! Ralph's is the closest grocery store on Rte 3 (it's like a 10 minute car ride off the property) so u can load up on the groceries, beer & liquor. There's a WalGreens up the street. Everything u need's right there. WalMart is a bit down the road. The property's fantastic! U have several different sections but La Verandas is where this is located on the Bahia Resort. They have the bike rentals (free)+the boat rentals (free)+nature trail tours. Playground and a basketball court is there for the kids-Yep, I had to show'em the skills! The bike trails are fun-my 6y/o just came off the training wheels and rode like he's ready for the X-Games. The next property over is La Ventana-that's where the golf shop and restaurant's located. There's a weight room you CAN use (across from Olas) to get your pump on! And the beach is right behind the restaurant! The last area's the St Regis-it's beautiful but u can go to the beach there (Don't bring a cooler-they want u to $pend at their bar-U have to bring some towels but if u r cool and tip the beach caddies-they will hook u up like they did me! U can't really do anything there but the beach! Lastly, the bidet! That was the fun part! Don't look down in there+ turn it on like I did! Still laughing about that! The lack of the shower curtain was different but the jetted tub made up for it! OSJ and Isla Verde is only 25 mins away in a car to the clubs and casinos! The drivers r crazy! Had a blast! :-) Hated to leave :-(

  This is my first review I have ever written. The pictures of the condominium do not do it justice!! absolutely beautiful and clean. The view from the french doors were tranquilizing, I looked forward to starting my mornings with coffee on the terrace, also the beds were very comfortable. The workers at the resort were very pleasant and accommodating. The pool was nice but we enjoyed taking the golf cart for a 2 minute ride to the beach where they had chairs and a nice breeze also you could walk and collect shells and lots of sand dollars. We rented a jeep for the week and visited the rain forest with our 17 year old daughter ,surfing lessons. The Fern restaurant is well worth going to . The highlight of our trip was a day trip to Culabra a tiny Island $80.00 round trip flight per person. The Bonilla has everything you need for the perfect vacation.

  This has been one of the most amazing places I have been, The Villa was spacious, had an amazing view, and is conveniently located by the pool. Bahia is a gem, It's a place you will never forget, and this particular villa is set up to perfection, Thanks for the amazing stay... Will be back... many times

  My husband, my parents and our 3 year old stayed at Bahia beach in the beginning of October. The Apartment, grounds, and staff were all amazing. It felt like we were the only ones on the entire property. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The owners were helpful and accommodating. They texted to check to see if we arrived and to give us any advice. Frankie the owner help us with directions and kept checking to make sure we arrived. The staff on the resort property were wonderful. The gentleman at the security gate to the property would help with directions in the area and was so kind to ask if we had a good time when we returned. The bell man at the St Regis resort and the gentleman at the boat house both offered to give my little 3 year old girl fish food to feed the fish and turtles in the pond/ lake. The photos of the apartment/ grounds do not do it justice. My husband played golf at the resort. He has played at many courses all over the world and he said this is one of the nicest courses and the greens are well maintained. We enjoyed the golf cart provided to drive around the property, and through all of the landscaped paths. A trip to puerto Rico would not be complete without a trip to old San Juan to explore the town and forts that are a 30 minute drive away. The rain forest is no more than 15 minutes away and a beautiful experience as well. There are several grocery stores and restaurants within 10 minutes from the gate too. We had a wonderful stay. The only regret I have would be that we didn't stay longer. A big thank you to the Bonilla family for making this place available:)

  We LOVED the apt. and resort. The resort was beautiful. We could have easily spent our whole vac. at the resort just swimming at the pool right in front of the apt. or at the beach. This was our first trip to Puerto Rico, so not knowing where to stay, or what sights we wanted to see, this was the perfect place. We were an easy 30 min drive west to see San juan, and another easy 30 min drive east to go snorkeling. We arrived very late the first night so the owners had breakfast items stocked for us, which was helpful with 4 starving teenagers in the morning. I would highly recommed this apt. for any family. Everyone at the resort was extremely helpful and nice. We will definetly look for this place again on our next trip.

  My husband has constantly been pressuring me to visit Puerto Rico! Since he had a birthday, I thought it perfect timing to go. After searching several hotel properties and rentals, I found this wonderful apartment in Bahia Beach. Cynthia responded to my inquiry almost immediately. Although the property is approximately a 30 minute drive from San Juan, we found that having our rental car still made it easy to get around to all the highlights of Puerto Rico, while at the same time enjoy the beautiful setting/scenery of this property. If you are looking for a lively nightlife and don't want to drive, this is not the place for you. But if you want to get away from it all and truly enjoy a beach that almost can be claimed yours, this is the place to stay. The apartment had two bedrooms and two baths. I only wished the master bath had a walk in shower--the large spa tub was great, but my husband and I could never manage not having a small flood on the bathroom floor--no matter how we focused the shower head. From the moment we arrived, the property was clean and smelled wonderful. Everything was in great working order and whenever we had a question, we could call Cynthia. Because I tend to get lazy on vacation, I did wish we had an option of hiring daily cleaning service, but in the end, I managed to tidy up as requested.

  Our stay at Bahia Beach was terrific. There was much to do right at the resort-- kayaks, fishing, beach and the resort pool were all fantastic. Easy place to just relax and be away from it all. Our teenager loved being able to get around the resort with the golf cart. Everyone was very accommodating and the condo was beautiful and clean. We spent several days exploring all Puerto Rico had to offer and one piece of advice is to make sure you bring enough cash and Visa/MC is a must. There are many merchants that accept only cash (like up in the rain forest area) and most places do not accept American Express. Traffic can be challenging too! We would recommend the Apartment in Bahia Resort for any family. Thank you to Laura and Frankie the owners and Cynthia for all of their help.

  I loved it! Bahia Beach is like paradise! It has lakes, beautiful gardens, nature trails and everything I was looking for, because I wanted to have a special romantic vacation. My wife felt in love with the apartment that was beautifully decorated and clean. It was a tropical mix of serenity, romance, fun and beauty. We even used the kayaks, the bikes and the golf cart to add that touch of fun. I kindly recommend this place to everyone! George Providence, RI
