Welcome to Park City! We are located across from Utah Olympic Park and minutes from downtown Park City and three major ski resorts—The Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley. Fox Point condo community borders the Swaner Preserve, a 1,200-acre protected wildlife area with a beautiful EcoCenter. All of these locations can be reached by the free bus service with a stop by Whole Foods Grocery Store just a few steps away.
Relax and unwind on the balcony of your condo with an unobstructed view of the Olympic Park ski jump. With a good pair of binoculars you can watch the action without even leaving "home." The interior of the condominium features mission style furnishings and pleasing color schemes.
Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with service for eight, quality cookware, utensils, bake ware, coffee maker, toaster, blender and cleaning supplies. In addition, there is plenty of pantry space, a dishwasher and microwave. The dining area seats six. The breakfast bar seats two.
In the living room, a comfortable sofa, love seat and side chair/recliner await an evening of togetherness watching a movie or enjoying a warm fire. Premium cable provides over 70 channels. Each bedroom has top quality mattresses and luxury cotton bedding. The duvets are warm and cozy with washable cotton covers. The master bath has a jetted tub and separate shower. In the third bedroom, another TV and DVD is provided. The laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer. A few "extras" include a hairdryer and an ironing board and iron.
The unit boasts an oversized one car garage with shelving for storing luggage and snow items. Extra parking can be found in the pullout just south of the building. The grounds are professionally maintained, including snow removal. Enjoy a paved biking/walking trail surrounding the property for your morning jog.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The mountains in Utah are so beautiful which provides the perfect setting for many outdoor activites. We love that three incredible ski resorts are just minutes away with the best snow in the world. In the summer, hiking and biking trails keep us busy. Park City has that small town charm but still has all the shopping and restaurants you could ever ask for. We love it there.
Have fun shopping at your favorite store at the expansive outlet center just a mile away.
Take a tour of the Olympic Park where the ski jump event took place - just across the street from the condo.
Have fun skiing just 3 minutes away at The Canyons. This resort has the most ski runs and lifts in the Park City area.

As our family is getting older, we wanted to have a vacation spot to spend time together to create great memories with the kids. We have extended family in Utah and knew that a condo in Park City would be a great place to meet and have fun together.
