Nice home but needs attention

This was a very nice home. It was a short 2 min walk to morning glory farm which was great. My only complaints were the following: the basement was unusable as there was mold everywhere. This would have been a great space for the kids but again unusable. The kitchen was great but the stove was a bit dirty. It needs a good thorough scrubbing. The yard needs to be maintained better as the grass was not mowed in some time. Still a very nice home that needs attention.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
