Our cozy, ranch beach house is a short 30-second walk to the indoor pool and a three minute scenic stroll to the beach. It consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a full bath. The large corner yard provides plenty of parking and room for summer sports. The home is fully carpeted and is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
Each bedroom has a double bed, dresser and a closet. There is an extra TV in the master bedroom. The living room has a full size pull out sofa and the back room has a full size futon with a spring mattress. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large front deck that is equipped with table and chairs.
Oceanside Village, a gated community with 24-hour security, allows only residents and guests through the main gates onto lighted paved roads. Enjoy the private beach, the indoor and outdoor pools and the five stocked lakes for fishing that also contain various wild life such as Canadian Geese, ducks and swans. There are 50+ golf courses for the serious golfers and many miniature golf courses for family fun. Golf carts can be rented from Oceanside Village for licensed drivers.
We require that you be at least 25 years old. NO SMOKING permitted on our premises. Due to animal allergies, we DO NOT permit pets. There is no cleaning service so we ask that you keep our house clean for you and the next guest. There are cleaning supplies as well as dish and laundry detergents. Paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels are also on-site. We ask that you replenish any and all products that you use so that they are available for the next guests. For sanitary purposes we require each guest to bring their own bath towels and bed linens.
