Hear waves crashing and watch dolphins play. You won't want to leave the home, particularly at sunset. Guests regularly describe our views as "astonishing" and "mesmerizing". HUGE 270 degree beach, whitewater, city lights, and canyon views from nearly every room. Very close to pristine South Laguna beaches, Montage Resort and Spa, great restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails.
Contemporary, yet casual and comfortable family home. Furniture in master bedroom from island of Bali. Exotic, renewable palmwood circular dining table and chairs from Fiji. Original artwork from Costa Rican and local Laguna artists. Jaw-dropping sunsets from all over the house, particularly around the firepit. Even better, see a full moon reflect over the ocean at night.
Gourmet kitchen with juicer, espresso machine. Lots of decks and large backyard. Great home for entertaining.
High-beamed ceilings, wood floors, two-car driveway parking, two fireplaces, Flat screen TVs in great room, kitchen, bonus room, and master bedroom. Sound system with speakers throughout main floor living areas and outside deck. Lovely neighborhood. Safe, end of cul de sac location great for kids to play.
During summer, Laguna Beach open air trolley picks up nearby every half hour and runs until 11pm. It is a fun and easy way to go downtown during the summer months. Thirty minute drive to Disneyland, one hour to Sea World and San Diego Zoo. One hour to Los Angeles. Ten minutes to Dana Point Harbor, then sixty minutes by boat to Avalon on Catalina Island.
One more thing about the area, Cigar Afficionado magazine (December 2006) indicated "the Montage has the most scenic coastal view in America". The home boasts views of the Montage coast and beyond.

My family and I rented this house for a week. It is a very nice house with an incredible view of the ocean from every room in the house. Very cozy and neat. Very Spacious! Owners are excellent people to deal with. I recommend this house to everyone who is interested in a wonderful vacation stay by the ocean!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
