Sparkling clean 1 bdrm/1 bath corner unit condo with spectacular unobstructed beachfront views. Closest condo to the pool and private beach access walkway.Private balcony with beach views. Elevated first floor location. No long hallways to navigate, no cramped elevators to share, no steps to climb...just grab your towel and go...you're steps from the pool and beach, literally!!!
Near the Tybee Lighthouse and Fort Screven historical area. Gated, secured complex. Three tennis courts and free parking. Large 14 x 20 foot pool with a 10 x 10 foot kiddie pool next to it. Within walking distance to shops & restaurants. Located on the quiet north end of beach.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washer & dryer for your personal use. Two televisions. Movies, games and books. Cable tv. Linens provided. Futon in the living room, shipmate bunkbeds in the hall & a full size comfy bed in the bedroom. Sleeps four comfortably. Central HVAC.
This is our "home away from home" and as the owners we are very excited to share it with you. We clean it ourselves after each guest stay, to ensure that your vacation is a pleasant and memorable one on Tybee Island. As our guest, we "care" about your comfort. We can't say enough about our wonderful stay at this condo. From the first email and then phone calls - communication was wonderful!! The location was fantastic - the views were exactly as pictured. We didn't see any dolphins (January may have been too cold) - but we saw a lot of large tankers and watched the shrimp boats each morning. Although we didn't use the pool - I am sure the location during the warm months is perfect. My husband and I have always stayed in Hotels at the beach and this being our first condo rental - we brought the car loaded with lots of toiletries and other items we didn't expect to be provided. To our surprise - we didn't need to pack a thing except our clothes and food. The condo was so adorable - nice finishes and the perfect beachy feel. It was just the two of us - but we could have brought the grandkids - they would have loved the built-in bunk beds. Carolyn and Perry - thank you for sharing your place with us - we will be back.

Dear Perry, Thank you so much ! Your condo provided a very much needed girls getaway. It doesn't get much better than this...beautiful long days at the beach,laying by the pool,playing cards on the balcony while watching a breathtaking sunset. I haven't relaxed like this in sooo long. And your unit is the BEST-love the beachy yet modern and tasteful decor.I can only aspire to own one just like it someday where I can vacation with my hubby and girls.Hopefully,we'll make this an annual occasion.

Perry, Thank you for another wonderful vacation week in your condo. When we walked in we felt at home-our girls remembered the fun from last year and jumped right back into having some more.Thank you for being so quick to respond to the air issue-on a Sunday no less.You do a great job as a landlord. The only bad part,in fact, is having to leave.

Perry, We just walked in and we love it ! The kids love the bunk beds,my husband already saw birds diving for fish-it's gonna be a great week !!! And it was ! You provided anything we needed at the condo. The washer & dryer came in really handy. We enjoyed dolphins, diving birds and walks on the beach looking for shells.We also liked seeing the tons of huge ships passing by each day.We would love to come back soon.Thanks for a wonderful start to our summer.

Perry & Carolyn, Thanks for renting us your condo.It was beautiful.We enjoyed our stay and our trip to the island...our first but hopefully not our last ! Our 3 1/2 year old and 2 year old loved the bunks. We didn't let them on the top bunk but they loved pretending the bottom bunk was a pirate cave. Thanks again.
