Near the Tybee Lighthouse and Fort Screven historical area. Gated, secured complex.Three tennis courts and free parking. Large 14 x 20 foot pool with a 10 x 10 foot kiddie pool next to it.Within walking distance to shops & restaurants. Located on the quiet north end of beach.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washer & dryer for your personal use. Telephone for local calls. Two televisions. Movies , games and books.Cable tv. Linens provided. Futon in the living room, shipmate bunkbeds in the hall & a full size comfy bed in the bedroom.Sleeps four comfortably. Central HVAC.

What a wonderful birthday weekend.We so enjoyed the walks on the beach and the beautiful view from the balcony.Thank you for the restaurant recommendations.We loved the steamed seafood at Stingrays and breakfast at the Breakfast Club. Our favorite was Sundaes Cafe. We enjoyed both lunch and dinner there.Hopefully we will come back again.There is nothing more relaxing than the beach and your condo was the perfect place to enjoy all that Tybee has to offer.Thanks again, Debbie & Joe

Carolyn & Perry, Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your charming little condo.We absolutely had a wonderful and relaxing time.The view from the balcony was perfect for spotting dolphins at play & watching the boats come and go.The condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained.Kudos to you on the decor-it is just so comforting & "homey".We found the condo to be adequately stocked with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay.After our stay on tybee,we are a bit reluctant to leave,but are confident we will return.Thanks again,P.S. Perry, We loved our stay in your condo. It was perfect for us. We enjoyed having coffee on the porch every morning and watching the ships and dolphins go by. We ate at all the local restaurants and found a few that we absolutely loved-Fannies & Hucapoos. We also tried kayaking and had a lot of fun- but it was hard work.The weather was perfect all weekend! We loved watching the dolphins from the balcony each morning and evening along with our coffee. We visited many nice restaurants on Tybee & Savannah. Uncle Bubbas was a favorite along with The Crab Shack. Of course Larry enjoyed The Breakfast Club since his favorite meal is breakfast. Hope to visit again and be so blessed with nice weather. Perry & Carolyn, Thanks for the opportunity to spend a relaxing week by the beach. We saw lots of creatures, dolphin,manatee,sting ray,sharks,crab and jellyfish. The inlet was perfect for a kyaking trip to the lighthouse. We sampled many local restaurants.Our favorite was StingRays,AJ's and the Shrimp Factory in Savannah. The condo was beautiful and spotless clean. The view from the balcony could be a picture. Thanks again.

We enjoyed everything from dolphin watching to swimming in the pool to eating good seafood to exploring Tybee and climbing the lighthouse to our carriage ride in Savannah and much more. Perry & Carolyn, The condo is everything you said it was: the pictures on the website don't do justice to just how cute your place on Tybee is! Thank you to Perry for being such a wonderful landlord-fixing the locks. The girls: I had so much fun and need to return to Tybee one day.We would recommend "Sundial Charter Tours" with Capt. Renee...this was a trip through the salt marshes to remember.We saw many dolphin,manatees and lots of birds.Don't forget to climb the Lighthouse , you will get your workout for the day. We ate at all of the top "10" restaurants listed on trip advisor; our favorites were Crab Shack,MacElwees and Sundae Cafe(Sundae Cafe,must make a reservation.) Carolyn, I love the nautical beach theme running throughout each room and you have thought of everything. Perry...you have made use of every nook in the condo. Sunrises with coffee was my favorite time,the girls loved biking and shopping. I loved how clean the condo was when we arrived. Thanks,Marymac,Meghan and Blaire
