Dear Perry, Thank you so much ! Your condo provided a very much needed girls getaway. It doesn't get much better than this...beautiful long days at the beach,laying by the pool,playing cards on the balcony while watching a breathtaking sunset. I haven't relaxed like this in sooo long. And your unit is the BEST-love the beachy yet modern and tasteful decor.I can only aspire to own one just like it someday where I can vacation with my hubby and girls.Hopefully,we'll make this an annual occasion.

Perry, We just walked in and we love it ! The kids love the bunk beds,my husband already saw birds diving for fish-it's gonna be a great week !!! And it was ! You provided anything we needed at the condo. The washer & dryer came in really handy. Our 3 1/2 year old and 2 year old loved the bunks. We didn't let them on the top bunk but they loved pretending the bottom bunk was a pirate cave. Thanks again.

We can't say enough about our wonderful stay at this condo. From the first email and then phone calls - communication was wonderful!! The location was fantastic - the views were exactly as pictured. We didn't see any dolphins (January may have been too cold) - but we saw a lot of large tankers and watched the shrimp boats each morning. Although we didn't use the pool - I am sure the location during the warm months is perfect. My husband and I have always stayed in Hotels at the beach and this being our first condo rental - we brought the car loaded with lots of toiletries and other items we didn't expect to be provided. To our surprise - we didn't need to pack a thing except our clothes and food. The condo was so adorable - nice finishes and the perfect beachy feel. It was just the two of us - but we could have brought the grandkids - they would have loved the built-in bunk beds. Carolyn and Perry - thank you for sharing your place with us - we will be back.

Perry & Carolyn, We really enjoyed our stay-Tybee is our favorite place to come to stay.We've been coming all our lives but haven't ever stayed on this end of the beach.The privacy was great (the feeling of safety) although we went to the public beach by the lighthouse to dodge the jellyfish. The condo was wonderful-I was surprised by how stocked it was,how clean and how much it felt like home.All in all it was a great vacation-so much so that we stayed an extra day. Thanks.

Perry & Carolyn, We have really enjoyed our honeymoon trip this week.The rest and relaxing atmosphere are exactly what we needed. We literally saw dolphin everyday which was such a treat,and the views were so amazing. There was a thunderstorm one of the nights,things we had never seen and heard.The lightening was incredible.God is so awesome.We spent most of our time lying out at the pool and swimming a lot. Perry & Carolyn, The condo is everything you said it was: the pictures on the website don't do justice to just how cute your place on Tybee is! Thank you to Perry for being such a wonderful landlord-fixing the locks. The girls: I had so much fun and need to return to Tybee one day.We would recommend "Sundial Charter Tours" with Capt. Renee...this was a trip through the salt marshes to remember.We saw many dolphin,manatees and lots of birds.Don't forget to climb the Lighthouse , you will get your workout for the day. We ate at all of the top "10" restaurants listed on trip advisor; our favorites were Crab Shack,MacElwees and Sundae Cafe(Sundae Cafe,must make a reservation.) Carolyn, I love the nautical beach theme running throughout each room and you have thought of everything. Perry...you have made use of every nook in the condo. Perry & Carolyn, This is our second year summer in a row here and we're still lovin' the condo and the whole area. We did a few things we never did before and really enjoyed The Mercer Williams House tour in downtown Savannah-Fantastic ! We went to the main beach on Tybee.Great waves and the water temp was ideal. Kathy and I attempted kayaking for the first time.It was fun for awhile seeing the dolphins up close but soon we went out too far along then the current was against us. It took all we could to get back to the kayak rental place.Kinda scary but it was an eye opener on tides and currents.Well, we recovered well from that and had a relaxing time at Tybee & Savannah. Perry & Carolyn, We really enjoyed our few nights in your charming place so close to the sea. The ever present dolphin sightings were entertaining. A dip in the warm ocean and a walk along the stretch of beach was a pleasure. Not sure when we will be back so deep south as we have a long trek back to New York. Great location, so near such an historical city. Perry, We started out on the 3rd with the birthday of our middle girl.What a birthday surprise this cute little place was.We've had a great stay here at Tybee.Would love to come back again sometime. A sighting of John Cougar Mellancamp & the hearing of Miley Cyrus filming on the island made for great conversation.We ended the week at Stingrays seated next to a table of partying good time to be had, soldiers of our military getting ready to head out for their 3rd tour of Iraq.Great respect is due them.
