Just 30 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), escape to Pelican Bay. This private, easy to get to planned community is perfect for romantic walks on the beach, fun-packed days and peaceful nights, and the centrally-located Dorchester Condominium provides easy access to everything. It is a quick stroll to the south beach boardwalk, where you are only a scenic ten minute walk from the Gulf, the Sandbar Restaurant and Sunset Café or grab a tram and head to the beach or north to tennis, exercise classes, nature walks and more beachfront restaurants!
The Dorchester, with only 86 units is the smallest, most intimate high-rise in Pelican Bay. Almost all residents are owners, many year-round and it offers an active social life with weekly get-togethers, card players, and a friendly neighborhood atmosphere.

The living room features a large sectional sofa where everyone can enjoy the exceptional gulf view, while enjoying each other's company, or wander out on the 30 plus foot screened balcony lanai, relax to the sounds of nature and watch the birds soar over the mangroves and the spectacular Florida sunsets.
Just off the living room, the dining room seats six, and the adjacent well-equipped kitchen features new appliances, granite countertops and all the cooking utensils and dishes you will need. The eat-in kitchen table seats four, while a separate desk is perfect for your computer.
Watch cable TV on your own terms with TiVo, or surf the Internet from anywhere with the WiFi-enabled high speed DSL. The building's secured entry system works through the phone, allowing you to see who is at the front door via the TV. The Dorchester has a full-time manager and maintenance staff and the office is open Monday through Friday.
You will have full privileges at all Pelican Bay Foundation restaurants and recreation facilities, and Naples, adjacent to Pelican Bay, offers world-famous shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The Unique Benefits of this condo
We're a very short walk to tram station 2 which takes you to the beach but we like to walk the berm and watch the wildlife. The trams will also pick you up right behind the Dorchester. The entire berm plus a beach walk return is about three miles and with the Sandpiper and Sand Bar restaurants you can make it a great afternoon with a beach sunset with a snack and glass of wine at the end.
