I am not a golfer, but this was just what I needed for rest and relaxation and priced just right. The owner was very responsive to all questions and concerns. I rented the unit 2/18-2/23 and my did I pick a great week to vacate. Very nice sized studio equipped with almost anything you could think of. I left my batteries at home for my camera and the owner even had a stash in the fridge. View from rear deck over greens so relaxing. Temps during the day ranged from 50s-high 70s during my stay. I enjoyed my walks back and forth to the Village and was able to take some great pictures of older homes in historic district. Brought my bike with me and my early morning and afternoon rides on the trails were so invigorating. The locals were very friendly and the golfers very generous in sharing the golf cart trails. Great restaurants within walking distance to choose from. My window seat at Theos Italian restaurant was perfect and every bite of lunch and dessert most scrumptious -- loved the ambiance. The Red Door didn't disappoint either; with everything for lunch and dinner you can imagine, and yes, tried the home made ice cream too! On my last day it hit high 70s, so took a drive to Lake Pinehurst and then over to Southern Pines for a quick bite -- so ecletic. Wonderful stay and will return soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

I used this rental for several months, due to a work contract. It was more like a vacation when I came home. The complex was quite and beautifully maintained. The condo itself, was clean and provided everything I needed. The town of Pinehurst is a quaint town that has a few pubs and restaurants. And the larger stores are not too far away. Dave was also very helpful, with whatever I needed. It was perfect and I recommend it to any working travellers, golfer's or people who just need a quite getaway.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.
