Home is a short three to four block walk, or golf cart ride to a private gated beach access.Golf cart/linens available to rent at community office, or may bring own linens. Parking for up to four vehicles. Eight to 10 miles away from all Myrtle Beach attractions. Great place for the entire family. Lots of things to do (impossible to see everything in a week).
We go the extra mile to insure a great place to stay and relax. This includes five TVs, high-end furniture throughout the entire house, walking distance to community pool/public beach.
Home is tastefully decorated with all extra amenities. We welcome your family to our home. All we ask is the same respect (judgement) we would give your home.
Home is pet friendly (10-20 lbs) WINTER MONTHS ONLY.
Weekly rentals MAY/MAY NOT include pets. It will be decided rental by rental. Extra charges apply for all pets.
$300 refundable security deposit required to hold dates. Entire payment required 30 days prior to arrival. Refundable only if able to re-rent your requested days.
A cleaning charge of $85/per stay is required. |
