Luxurious newly built (three years old) four bedroom, three and a half bath patio home located inside gated 24-hour security community. Home is a short three to four block walk, or golf cart ride to a private gated beach access.Golf cart/linens available to rent at community office, or may bring own linens. Parking for up to four vehicles. Eight to 10 miles away from all Myrtle Beach attractions. Great place for the entire family. Lots of things to do (impossible to see everything in a week).

We go the extra mile to insure a great place to stay and relax. This includes five TVs, high-end furniture throughout the entire house, walking distance to community pool/public beach.

Home is tastefully decorated with all extra amenities. We welcome your family to our home. All we ask is the same respect (judgement) we would give your home.

Home is pet friendly (10-20 lbs) WINTER MONTHS ONLY.

Weekly rentals MAY/MAY NOT include pets. It will be decided rental by rental. Extra charges apply for all pets.

$300 refundable security deposit required to hold dates. Entire payment required 30 days prior to arrival. Refundable only if able to re-rent your requested days.

A cleaning charge of $85/per stay is required.

  • This house is everything a "home away from home" should be. My family and I enjoyed everthing about your place and we made lots of memories that will last us a lifetime. The easy access to the beach with the use of the 2 golf carts was very much appreciated. We also enjoyed being able to get around in the community to visit our other family staying in OSV. Hope we can stay there year after year for our annual reunion with our family. Thanks a million.

  • The house is actually as described. It is beautifully decorated and clean. It is spacious and has all the comforts of home. The golf carts were great to use to get to the beach and pool. We also enjoyed riding the bikes. Thank you so much for the use of your home. We loved it and had a great time. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to the beach.

  • Thanks Barber family the home was exactly as described. We appreciated the kids having twin beds in the upstairs bedroom, and the adults felt the comfort, ease, and convenience of the remaining bedrooms on the lower level. We also appreciated use of the 2 golf carts, because they made getting around in the community to see other family staying here easy. A lot of extras are provided so don’t pack beach chairs and umbrellas they are hear waiting for you. I would love to stay here on my visit to Myrtle Beach, and would definitely recommend this home to anyone else.

  • This home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! We had a wonderful time visiting the beach and using the amenities this housing area offers. It was easy to get to the beach. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone who loves Myrtle Beach as much as we do.
