  Well, we finished up our stay at Casa Schoen and had a blast! Thanks so much for making the transition and easy experience. I was able to play as much tennis as I could handle. Paying the Pro his tribute worked out fine, he hooked me up with players of my level and higher each day. We managed to make friends with someone who offered us two bikes during our stay. You are correct about the homes in Barefoot Beach, Wow! Lover's Key, Fort Meyers Beach, Coconut Point Mall, the local restaurants, Docs Beach, the heated pools, the Tiki Bar and Doc's sunsets were highlights of our stay. And the natural beauty that comes of watching the local birds float by the balcony, within arms reach, was a calming experience. Your Tuscan decor brought back fond memories of Italy. And I'm pretty sure, looking from the balcony, we could see some tall Cyprus Trees off in the eastern countryside. Carol got to play a lot of golf and was able to spend as much time as she wanted with her sister who lives in Naples. According to the locals we had a bit of a cool March but it was fine for us northerners, we never had to put on the A/C. Most days were hot while the nights were comfortably cool.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Beautiful condo in perfect location. Completely stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Owner very prompt in addressing one concern (Lightbulbs). Everything was clean, lots of towels, beach gear, including coolers, boogie boards, towels, mat, umbrella. Great screened in lanai to watch the sunsets or tennis courts. Fantastic tennis courts. Friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the entertainment on Friday and Saturday night. We were a little concerned at first, about the noise the first Friday, but it was quiet by 9:00pm. The only thing we missed was a hot tub, but we knew it didn't have one when we rented. I can't say enough about how great it was to have a washer and dryer in the condo! I would highly recommend Pat & Pams' place to anyone! Thanks

  Our vacation at the Bonita beach and tennis club was just perfect . A lot of beautiful beaches nearby( some very natural and not very busy with a lot of vegetation, you're feeling like on a lost island...) A lot of things to do and see in less than an hour driving. Restaurants nearby. The unit is very well equiped, we haven't miss a thing. Tennis, pool, margarita's...and the beautiful bonita's sunset ... Just has seen on the description. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Schoen we really enjoy our vacation

  This was a perfect location to see much of the area around Naples, Big Cypress and Fort Myers area.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  We spent a week in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels). The views were beautiful from the 8th floor. It is close to many good restaurants. Our favorites being A Table Apart & Big Hickory Fishing Nook Marina. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions. We especially enjoyed the "welcome" bottle of wine they left for us. We look forward to staying here again in the future. A great place!

  We found this studio condo to be a great place to spend our vacation this winter. The space was very well organized and contained everything that you could think of in order to enjoy your stay including beach chairs, a sun umbrella and even a small cooler and drink cozies. You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into organizing this wonderful condo. They were also exceptional when it came to answering questions about the condo/area. We would certainly recommend this condo to other couples looking to enjoy this great beach area.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We returned to (snowy) Denver Wednesday night from a fantastic vacation in southwest Florida. I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your beautiful condo. We loved being so close to a great beach – it worked out especially well for us, as we could walk across the street to the beach in the morning and then head back quickly once our one-year old got tired and needed a nap. We loved having your well-stocked kitchen to prepare our meals, and the comfortable atmosphere and cool details (loved the mural wall) put us right at home. The AC was quiet and kept us cool at night, and the shower was nice and relaxing. There are great places to eat in close proximity – we are big sushi fans and found some great sushi at Home Thai Sushi - and we liked having a Publix grocery so close. The condo complex is really clean and well-kept, and the pool worked out great for our one year old once we got tired of cleaning sand out of his diaper. At night we enjoyed the great view of the beach from the balcony. We had never been to the Fort Myers area before, but we found plenty to keep us occupied. Some of our favorite outings were to Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary where we saw a bunch of alligators, and Lovers’ Key State Park, were we saw a pod of dolphins. We rented a boat from Bay Water Boat Rentals, which was walking distance from us, and enjoyed cruising the estuaries looking at the mansions and going to a beach which couldn’t be reached by car. I also wanted to thank you for the excellent communication leading up to our trip; we knew just where to go when we arrived. I appreciated knowing that I could call with any questions (although everything went so well I didn’t need to). All in all a great, relaxing, rejuvenating vacation (even with a baby). We left a beach umbrella in the closet, and we are hoping we will get the chance to come back some time and use it again!

  We spent our vacations in October / November 2010 in this wonderfully furnished and comfortable condo. Up to now we spent our holidays always at a hotel in this region. The stay in a condo was a new experience for us. Pam and Pat, you have made everything easy for us. Everything was prepared and furnished well for a wonderful and restful vacation. We used the time for relaxing and wonderful long beach walks. With pleasure we think back to the nice time in your condo.

  Hi Pat, We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed your unit. The location is spectacular and your unit is incredibly well-supplied. Thanks for providing everything needed for a perfect week. The only "issue" we had was that the air conditioner was emitting some black particles for the first couple of days. I'm assuming that it simply hadn't been used for awhile and was dusty. Our kids and their significant others hope to join us for our break next year, but if they don't...we'd love to rent from you again! Thanks again, Pat!

  We stayed in the TUSCAN VILLA in October of 2008. It is a very clean and comfortable condo. It has everything you need for a vacation in the sun. You need only bring your swimsuit. The furniture is new and the bed is VERY comfortable. The closet is large enough for all your vacation clothes as well as storage for your luggage. There is an in-unit washer/dryer which is great. We highly recomment this condo.
