NIGHTLY RATE .. $125/night for 1 couple (2 night minimum stay)
$150/night for 2 couples and $175/night for 3 couples (6 people max)
There is a 1-time $45 cleaning fee
Weekly rates from $700-$1050 per week
Well-behaved pets are welcome $50 non-refundable pet fee

We can't thank you enough for the wonderful hospitality! Almost two weeks in paradise - we don't want to go home! Squatters rights? This was the perfect place for the PA & FL families to meet in the middle. The scenery is incredible and the birding awesome!
