Our condo is located on the desirable eighth floor and has a king size bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds with premium grade mattresses and a queen size sleeper sofa. Our unique sleeper sofa has a very comfortable true queen length mattress unlike most sleeper mattresses, that are generally several inches shorter. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, separate dining area, two full-size bathrooms, a washer and dryer and high-speed internet connection. The balcony has four patio chairs and table, so you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views or dine by the Gulf of Mexico.
One outstanding feature in our condo that you will certainly enjoy is the 42 inch wide-screen Panasonic Plasma TV with DVD/VCR in the living area. The master bedroom has a 20 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. BEACH SERVICE - With our condo rental you have the use of two Complimentary Beach Lounge Chairs and Umbrella during your stay at Seychelles. (available March 1 - October 15) Many Seychelles VRBO condo listings do not include the complimentary Beach Service in their rental.

*Optional Travel Guard Insurance is also available upon request at a minimal cost. This protects your trip investment before and during your stay should a hurricane occur during your vacation. It also covers you against unforseen developments such as unexpected illnesses, emergencies, etc. The insurance is completely OPTIONAL.....you can accept or decline it.

Had a wonderful time at our stay here. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the luxuries of home. Beautiful view and wonderful addition of having beach chairs available. The location of the condo is fantastic in that it is away from all of the hustle and bustle of the PCB strip. Looking forward to a return trip soon. Many thanks!!

Seychelles was a great to place to stay, especially with a toddler, and the condo was so comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. Hello. I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much our family enjoyed our stay at your condo. The view was beautiful, the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The bunk beds were an absolute delight for our 4 year old. We wish we could of stayed longer, the amenties were such a plus. Its nice having access to DVDs from the lobby and the beach lounge chairs were perfect. We hope the unit is available on our next visit.
