Luxury town home located off of Sunrise Dr, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.The townhouse was full renovated in 2008 with no expense spared. Tile and hardwood throughout jetted bath tub and a spa like shower in the master with a rain fall head.The town home has modern decorator chosen furnishings to give a rich feel. One of our requirements when we were looking for a townhouse was concrete walls between the neighbors to ensure a quiet home, this unit has concrete walls running the full length of the property. The unit has is fully equipped kitchen as well as cable TV (with a good package) high speed internet and WiFi. The yard is huge for a townhouse with a water feature and some mountain views of the Catalinas with a large Mesquite tree is shape is what you desire. The complex has two pools, tennis courts and a hot tub and is walking distance to grocery shopping a number of restaurants and services.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this town home. There were 4 adults and two children so we had plenty of room. Location was easily accessible to all the places we wanted to go in Tucson. My two granddaughters had a grand time at the pool which was close by. Thanks to Dareck, the owner, for helping us have a wonderful few days in Tucson!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Thank you Dareck for a wonderful home. My family and I had a great time here. We were close to everything that we needed to be, mainly the wedding and relatives. The house was big enough for the 6 of us and just perfect for my boys to run around in, including the backyard. If we ever come back to Tucson, we would definetly stay here, great location and great home!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

this townhome is so wonderful! we have had the greatest experience staying here - i am a new PhD student at the UofA and this is the most relaxing, home-like vacation i have ever experienced! i would highly recommend these accommodations with no reservations. a grocery store and regional parks are close by; the UofA is about 20 minutes with traffic. well-maintained and a pretty view of the mountains when you go outside. small children might have a learning curve with the tile and hardwood floors, though. all in all, the best - so grateful to the owners for this beautiful rental =)Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family of four stayed her for a week. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The home is well furnished, equipped and maintained which makes for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The home is in a great location with easy access to many of Tucson's attractions. We had a great time at this Town Home by Westin. Within walking distance to shopping center and jogging distance to Foothills. Owners were very obliging and friendly. Will certainly recommend friends to try it out.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
