This newly remodeled, Live Oak villa is located on Seabrook Island, a 2200-acre full-service resort, just 23 miles south of historic Charleston on South Carolina's beautiful Atlantic Coast. Exclusive access to Seabrook ensures a private and intimate feel with secluded beaches and pristine dunes.

Our spacious, 1600-square-foot, luxury villa is located on the 15th fairway of the Crooked Oaks Golf Course. Our well-appointed villa has much to offer and has been awarded a four-star gold rating. The two-story, three-bedroom villa includes three full baths and three porches overlooking the Robert Trent Jones-designed course. The first floor includes one bedroom with queen-size bed and full bath; family room comes complete with an attached screened-in porch, sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system; large fully-equipped kitchen; and dining room with an attached porch. The second floor includes the master suite, with queen-size bed, private full bath, and walk-out porch; and a third bedroom with two twin beds and full bath. The villa is very tastefully decorated with new carpeting and hardwood floors throughout.

During your stay, you will have access to the best amenities Seabrook has to offer. The Seabrook Island Club facilities include the top-ranked tennis center with 15 clay courts; three oceanfront swimming pools; award-winning dining; complete fitness center; a deep-water marina; children's programs; and an equestrian center.

Seabrook is an unspoiled island paradise that is home to a spectacular range of wildlife and a thriving ecosystem. Its three-and-one-half miles of pristine natural white-sand beaches have been ranked one of the top ten beaches in the United States. Seabrook Island has also been appointed as a natural wildlife preserve. This allows guests to observe many species of regional inhabitants including loggerhead turtles, dolphins, deer, and the assortment of marsh wildlife. There are many rivers, marshes, and tidal creeks for kayaking, nature observation, and dolphin sightings. Even in the winter (average temperatures still in the 50s) the golf courses are open and the wide beaches are wonderful for brisk walks.

  • What a great villa. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The photos don't do it justice. Lots of room with a great layout. We loved coffee every morning on the screened in porch that over looks the golf course. It's very quiet and is in a low traffic area, but is still very close to the beach club. a quick bike ride! Having a porch off the master was great for waking up to the sounds of all the birds. We also loved the ceiling fans in all the rooms. We really enjoyed the villa and plan on a return trip next year.
