Upstairs there are 2 oversized bedrooms one with king bed and one with a queen bed, Four twin beds for the large loft for extra sleeping or in the bedrooms and a full bath. Beach has gradual slope into water that is great for kids. Dine on large deck over looking beach. This Is the perfect retreat for families with 2 large yards to play outdoor activities.
This home is located just 5 miles from Sandpoint, and 1 mile from restaurant, marina, and fitness center at Dover Bay.
In the summer its a short boat or car ride to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks in Sandpoint, or in August relax in your boat while you listen to the Festival music, or boat to the City Beach to shop at the Arts and Crafts Festival.
It is a short drive into the mountains to pick local Huckleberries or go hiking. For winter fun it is only 11 miles to Schweitzer Mountain Resort. Cross country ski or snow shoe out the back door along the miles of snow covered waters edge.

We stayed for a week in July and had a fantastic experience. The house was perfect. Nice large kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The deck and hot tub were used everynight to enjoy the summer evenings. Water was clean with nice grassy area for kids to play when not in the water. I would definitely go back.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here to go skiing up at Schwietzer Mnt. It was a perfect location and sitting in the hot tub surrounded by snow and lake views was spectacular! We will be back next year for sure.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
