This exquisite, professionally furnished home is extensively equipped. The game room includes pool table (with ping pong table cover), poker (card) table, HDTV viewing area (43 inch HDTV) with rocker/swivel seating and various games for all ages.

Located overlooking the 7th hole of the Creek Course through magnificently forested surroundings.

The community offers 27 holes of golf, eight outdoors tennis courts (two indoor), pool, rock waterslide and beach (with lifeguards), fitness center, hiking trails, great restaurants and much more.

Also, for business activities, the home has a mini-office with wireless modem for internet connection and a fax/copy machine/printer.
