Beautiful Las Palomas Resort Condominium on the Sixth Floor of the Rubi Building with outstanding ocean views. Two pools (one with swim-up bar/restaurant) A childrens pool, Lazy River, Barbecues, and Water Slide, poolside towel service. Elegant Restaurant and Bar, convenience store, and workout room, all located in the Rubi Building. Walk to 18 hole championship golf course right across the street. Underground parking & elevator to your door. Daily Housekeeping service is included, along with safes in the lobby for your peace of mind.
Our condo is in Phase 1, You also have access of all the amenities Phase two has to offer, more pools, dining, kids area. Enjoy full service dining and drinks on the beach under the comforts of your palapa.
Our Condominium is furnished in warm, rich, Mexican-style furniture and accessories. Upgraded electronics including 42 inch Plasma TV, DVD and CD players, and flat screen TV in bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen, including a margarita blender, coffee maker, toaster, big pitcher for your drinks or a corona bucket for the beach! Oh, and a Crock Pot so when you come in from the beach, Dinner is served! All of the comforts of home in the soothing Mexico beach atmosphere. Relax on the balcony and watch for dolphins, hit the beach with a book, fall asleep in the lazy river, make friends at the swim up bar, jet ski (rentals right on our beach) or rent ATV's on the road with walking distance.

Why the Owner Chose Las Palomas Resort
The four of us have been vacationing in Puerto Penasco for about 12 years, we have all four raised our Children with bi-annual trips to Rocky Point and it has become some of the best memories of our life. When Las Palomas was just a drawing Richard and Kurt fell in love with the idea of owning a part of this incredible community. We bought in June of 2004 and our condo was completed in March of 2006.

Local vendor give our condo a real feeling of Puerto Penasco. Our kitchen has all the extras to make your stay feel perfect and right at home. Along with touches of comfort from throws, pillows, movies, books, games, luggage space, high chair, make up mirror, etc. Come make your family right at home!

The condo is fantastic, easy access to the pool or the beach. The condo itself is first class, everything is perfect! The condo was very clean and well taken care of. Makes you feel right at home. The view lets you take in the beautiful landscape of the resort, the beach, and Puerto Peñasco. We will definitely go back!

Gorgeous furnishings, great view - very warm and first class unit you have put together - it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. Hi Kurt, Thanks for sharing your condo. What a great place, very quiet, love your first class taste in decorating, and the pools and beach were the best-better than the Bellagio or the Venetian in Las Vegas! The service in the restaurant made me feel like a queen. I will definitely stay again!
