Beautiful Las Palomas Resort Condominium on the Sixth Floor of the Rubi Building with outstanding ocean views. Two pools (one with swim-up bar/restaurant) A childrens pool, Lazy River, Barbecues, and Water Slide, poolside towel service. Elegant Restaurant and Bar, convenience store, and workout room, all located in the Rubi Building. Walk to 18 hole championship golf course right across the street. Underground parking & elevator to your door. Daily Housekeeping service is included, along with safes in the lobby for your peace of mind.
Our condo is in Phase 1, You also have access of all the amenities Phase two has to offer, more pools, dining, kids area. Enjoy full service dining and drinks on the beach under the comforts of your palapa.
Our Condominium is furnished in warm, rich, Mexican-style furniture and accessories. Upgraded electronics including 42 inch Plasma TV, DVD and CD players, and flat screen TV in bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen, including a margarita blender, coffee maker, toaster, big pitcher for your drinks or a corona bucket for the beach! All of the comforts of home in the soothing Mexico beach atmosphere. Relax on the balcony and watch for dolphins, hit the beach with a book, fall asleep in the lazy river, make friends at the swim up bar, jet ski (rentals right on our beach) or rent ATV's on the road with walking distance.
If you need multiple condos ask me, many of the owners are compiled on a list and can tell you what condos are closest to each other with the sizes you need to accommodate any size group without a hassle.
***If you pay an owner for the use of their condo without being registered as a "paying guest" of the resort, you WILL NOT receive all the services that make Las Palomas a 5 Star Resort. Make sure you are registered as a paying guest by requesting a "confirmation letter" from the owner or the resort when you book.
As a paying guest of the resort you will receive the following services...
daily maid service,
ability to set up an account and charge at the bars & restaurants,
24/7 front desk assistance if you have a problem with appliances, internet, telephone, A/C or the door key.
Also, with the frequent power surges in Puerto Penasco, some units experience temorary problems with the A/C, thus the resort will be able to move you to another suite if this happens or if any other problem occurs in the suite that requires you to move.
Also, all units that are managed by Las Palomas have to meet strict furnishings guidelines in order to rent their suites out.

ONLY GUESTS WITH WRISTBANDS WILL HAVE RESORT ACCESS!
If you rent directly from an owner as a "guest of owner" and not as a "paying guest" you will be subject to a $25 per stay charge and a $5 per person per day charge. These fee's must be paid by YOU upon check in. In addition to the checkout cleaning fee you are paying the owner.
When requesting info on a suite, make sure to find out if the suite is managed by Las Palomas and make sure to only book with an owner as a "paying guest" of the resort. As a paying guest of the resort you will receive all hotel services and avoid paying any cleaning fee's or nightly fee's as mentioned above. Plus with all the additional fee's of not renting as a "paying guest" of the resort you are actually not saving much money, if any at all!
As owners we welcome you to the most beautiful resort in all of Puerto Penasco! The only resort with hotel services including the recently added kids club (available to registered resort guests only).

Why the Owner Chose Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point)
The four of us have been vacationing in Puerto Penasco for about 12 years, we have all four raised our Children with bi-annual trips to Rocky Point and it has become some of the best memories of our life. When Las Palomas was just a drawing Richard and Kurt fell in love with the idea of owning a part of this incredible community. We bought in June of 2004 and our condo was completed in March of 2006.
