This house is located in an area of the valley called Missouri Heights. There are gorgeous views of the Rockies Mountains and even Mt. Sopris out the front door.

You will be surrounded will a variety of outdoor activities including minutes to skiing in Aspen, Snowmass or Glenwood Springs in the winter and in the summer golfing, rafting, fishing or hiking the Frying Pan River, Roaring Fork and even the Colorado River!

There are numerous outdoor activities that surround this house or it is also perfect for a quiet mountain getaway. So, whatever your preference is, this house holds it all!

Final payment: Due 30 days prior to arrival. HOLIDAY SEASON due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations: Within 60 days or more notification, deposited monies will be refunded ess 10% handling fee. If less than 60 dyas notification, deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to re-rent the unit, we will refund the monies less 10% handling fee. During HOLIDAY SEASON within 90 days or more notification, deposit and final payment will be refunded lss 10% handling fee. With less than 90 dyas notice, all monies will be forfeited.

A convinence fee for paying by credit card is $3 for every $100 charged.

A non-refundable cleaning fee of $125 required.

Transportation: Stop located 3 miles from unit, guests are responsible for own transportation to the bus stop.
