This privately owned and totally remodeled vacation condominium is located in west Maui's Kapalua Resort. This premier property has the absolute best view of any Kapalua villa in the resort.
This updated unit is first class luxury. It has beautiful travertine tile throughout the villa. We have all modern amenities: big screen TV,sound system, furniture, and appliances. Kapalua Beach is within walking distance and was voted the number one beach in the United States by Travel Magazine. Close by is the Ritz Carlton hotel, the new Kapalua Center (featuring Maui's Best Sushi Bar "Sansei"), and the renovated and expanded Honoloa Store. Three world class golf courses are right here: The Bay, Village, and Plantation Course.
The only problem we ever have is; no one wants to leave.

Beautiful Ocean Views from this luxurious villa

This villa had beautiful panoramic views of the ocean. We visited in December so we frequently watched the whales breeching from the main lanai. The villa was extremely clean and comfortable for the 5 of us. (all adults). The 2 large master suites with their own private lanais also overlooking the ocean were very comfortable. The 3 full bathrooms were luxurious with plenty of towels; 2 of them were very large. I liked the large closets in each master suite as there was plenty of space to put clothes and to store luggage. There was lots of extra sheets, pillows and some blankets. The laundry facilities in the villa was very convenient. The kitchen was beautiful and modern and was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, bowls/pots, blender, coffee grinder etc. The living room was large and extremely comfortable. You will enjoy the use of a nice DVD selection to watch on the large flatscreen and there is a great selection of books in the villa. The villa is conveniently close to the beautiful pool which also has some very nice clean barbecues; we frequently visited here. The villa is very close to some great restaurants such as Pineapple Grill, Plantation House, Merrimans to name a few. Lahaina which is only about 15 minutes away also has some great restaurants (David Paul, Lahaina Grill, Mala Tavern to name a few) and shopping. There are many nice beaches close by--Kapalua and DT Fleming and then Ka'anapali were our favorites. There are 3 nice beach chairs provided in the villa to use. If you enjoy snorkelling, Honolua Bay was our favorite but access to snorkelling in Kapalua Bay is easier. The villa provides an extra snorkel set in case you need one and if you need any supplies, Snorkel Bob's is very close by in Napili. The resort shuttles that you are able to use for free are great--we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for them to arrive at the villa and they take you anywhere in the resort. The Honolua store is close by and we frequently visited this place for lunch. If you run out of supplies (sunscreen, medications, food items etc), this place likely has what you need. When we return to Maui, we will be looking to stay again at this villa. The owners Rod and Stephen are great to deal with.

When looking for a condo to rent for a family of 6, especially in maui, things can get expensive to rent. So when I found Stephan and Rods condo I quickly called and made arrangements for Jan 11 - 22 /11. When I booked, Stephan immediately sent us an information sheet, telling us the who, what, where and why of maui. This infomation helped prepare us for our first time in maui. As well, they included there own personal cell numbers in case we had additional questions. All future emails or phone calls we answered quickly and perfessional. As stated, the condo is well stocked with towels, condiments, bedding, and of course 3 great TV's. The view from the lanai, is as stated, THE ABSOLUTE BEST VIEW IN KAPALUA. 300 degrees of pure beauty. The condo is in a quiet location, with its own private pool, or access to the Ritz Carlton, which is a nice option to have . Kapalua Beach is great for snorking, and DK Fleming for swimming and boogie boarding, all within 5 min of the condo. So if your looking for a fabulous family condo, with great views, all ammedities, and close to world class beaches inquire about VRBO 96784 I promise you won't be disappointed.

Coming to Maui, we were hoping to find a special place to create memories, and boy did we find it. The quick and professional responses to all my inquiries made the process quite easy. Rod and Steven did a fantastic job in responding promptly and courteously. Location was everything, from the renowed beaches to the amazing snorkling.... we swam with the TURTLES! We never needed to book any commercial trips it was right in our backyard! The atmosphere was calm, relaxing and comfortable; it was a great get away! There was never a day that I wasn't excited to experience the great adventures surrrounding our wonderful accomadations! Even with the wonderful adventures it was really great to come back to such a beautiful tranquil place away from the rat race. It really felt like a home away from home! It had the personal touches but was also very professional, making it a great place to stay. When your looking for a 5 star accomodation look no futher you found your place in paradise! THe owners were so helpful in every part of the process and were very accomadating to satisfy our needs. Cant wait to come back!

My 80 year old Mother had but one item on her bucket list; a trip to Hawaii. After much research on where to stay and finding a property that would meet my expectations; I can honestly say we could not have chosen a more beautiful, well-cared for property. It was impeccable. We arrived in the dark at 3am in the morning and the condo was lit up beautifully. As we entered we realized we had found a true gem to call ours for the next 11 days. After some much needed sleep, I awoke to watch my first Maui sunrise from my king-sized bed. The 270 degree views were absolutely breathtaking. The homeowner, Stephen and Ron were wonderful to work with. They were attentive to every question that I asked and responded almost immediately. Another nice touch was his follow up call after we'd been there for a few days, to inquire if everything was ok and whether it met our expectations. In fact, the big screen TV went out while we were there and he ordered a new flat screen and had it delivered the very next day. I can not speak highly enough about this property and Stephen the owner. We also took a day trip to Pearl Harbor and toured Honolulu departing from the Kapalua Airport which is just a few miles away; very convenient. I've travel quite frequently and can honestly say this is the nicest rental condo I have ever stayed in. It truly is home away from home, every need has been carefully thought out for your convenience We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kapalua and look forward to returning very soon. Thank you for helping me create a dream come true for my Mother! Mahalo!

If I could rate this condo as 6 stars out of 5 I would. First of all, Rod and Stephen, the owners of the condo, are two of nicest genuine people you could rent a condo from. They were very helpful in their communications with me, and frequently would return emails in 1-2 hours time. Both went above and beyond to help make our trip the most memorable trip of our lives. We had been to Maui before twice and stayed Kaanapali both times and thought we'd give Kapalua a try. We arrived late at night with my in laws and parent in tow, and were shocked at how nice the the condo was. Travertine everywhere, gourmet kitchen, amazing bathrooms etc. We were impressed to say the least. I golfed the next morning, which Rod also helped with, and came home at about 11am. When I opened the front door and saw the pacific ocean off the lanai, I was speechless. There is a 250 degree ocean view from the lanai and the living space, and every single day we saw pods of whales from the lanai swimming just off the coast in front of us. We will never stay anywhere else ever again. Kapalua is so much better than Kaanapali, more slow paced, more peaceful, and Rod and Stephen's place is top notch from start to finish. It's also great value as well. We slept 6 people in a luxury condo for a great price! I would be happy to answer any questions anyone has about the condo.

We absolutely loved this place. The views were fantastic and decor was wonderful. Our party consisted of two couples and for the first time ever we didn't fight over who would get the master suite. Both of the bedrooms and bathrooms were equally beautiful. The kitchen has every amenity you could possibly want for cooking. We have stayed in many condos in this area and it seems to be the best equipped. We stopped at Costco on the way to the condo and with this kitchen we were able to cook some fantastic meals. We had a lot of our meals out on the patio and the ocean views there were as good as some of the restaurants we ate at. We love staying in Kapalua as it is much quieter than many of the more touristy areas of Maui. Kapalua Bay is a short walk away and is great for snorkeling. The beach there is also perfect for children of any age. There are many great restaurant choices all within walking distance. We loved the Sea House. It has great happy hour drink and food specials and fantastic views. We have eaten breakfast and dinner here and all meals were great. The Honolulu Store is great for a quick snack or forgotten grocery item. We can't wait to come back again next year as we have now found our new favorite place to rent in Kapalua.
