This brand new "Magical" Villa built in June of 2006, offers everything that you and your family could possibly need to enjoy a wonderful vacation at Disney and the various attractions in Orlando. Aviana Resorts, a private gated community with 24hr security, is well located in the tropical landscape of Davenport, Florida. It's just a short drive to Disney (15 mins) and Champion Gate Golf Course (< 10 mins), with easy access to all theme parks and attractions in Orlando.
This home away from home is ideal for large families; it offers sleeping accommodations for up to ten guests! In this "Magical" Villa you will find a master bedroom with private entrance to the pool and spa, along with: a King-size bed, cable TV with VCR, nightstands with lamps, telephone and clock/radio/alarm, walk in closet space, and dresser, plus a master bathroom with vanity basin, walk-in shower, and toilet. A second master bedroom (on the opposite side of the house) offers a Queen-size bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser with cable TV, and private bathroom with vanity basin, shower/bath, and toilet. There are also two additional spacious bedrooms that each have two twin beds, nightstands with lamps, closet space, and a shared bathroom. Finally, there's a queen-size sleeper/sofa in the living room.
Make time to visit the spacious club house and relax in the sunshine around the sparkling clear resort pool with gazebos and shaded cabanas, luscious landscaping, and comfortable deck loungers. Or sit in the bubbling community hot-tub and chat with other guests as you soothe away your tensions.
Kids will love the tot’s pool - or let them play in the tot-lot next door, as they swing on the rope swings and play hide-and-go-seek in the frame. Inside the Aviana resort club house, you'll find an exercise room, gathering room, cyber café, arcade video games, games room and reception area.
This "Magical" Villa has a spacious family with an over-stuffed sofa, a love seat, coffee tables, plus an entertainment center with cable TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system.
Step out from the family room under the shaded lanai, and on to the 30 x 28 foot extended pool deck, where you can sit on the comfortable deck furniture, and enjoy the sparkling, optionally heated, private screened pool. You and your family can choose to splash around in the pool, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the raised, bubbling spa.
The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to make a quick snack, or prepare an entire family feast (if you do desire). But don't worry, some of the best eateries in central Florida are just minutes away.
