Sanibel Siesta is a beautiful Gulf front location. Our beach side unit has two bedrooms, two baths and a den. Includes tennis, barbecue grills, pool, shuffleboard, and discounted golf. Swimming, sunning and shelling are a way of life at Sanibel Siesta. Our unit is 77 steps from the beach. The condominium is fully furnished and recently refurbished.
It is equipped with every convenience to make your vacation an enjoyable one. There is a 50" Flat screen TV and a DVD player in the living room and 24" Flat screen TV's and DVD players in each of the bedrooms. There is a stereo with CD player in the living room and in the den,off the master bedroom. The new fully equipped kitchen was totally redone in 2010 and has new cabinets, microwave, counter tops and tray ceiling. There is wireless internet access. There is a washer and dryer in the attached building. All linens are furnished. There is a large, tiled, screened lanai that offers a lovely view of the heated swimming pool, lagoon with fountain and the Gulf of Mexico. Parking is available in a garage that is below this second floor unit. New elevators, to be completed in December, 2010, will increase accessibility. This is also a non smoking unit.
We offer several FREE extras, including, board games, family friendly videos, books, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, barbecue grills, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and floats. Golf is only two blocks away.

This was a nicely furnished and maintained property. DVD player was handy for watching movies at night - but be aware that the sound apparently must play through the separate stereo. The King bed had a VERY comfortable mattress, nice double sink in master bathroom, screened porch was large and nice, just a short walk to beach, and a nicer pool. The owner was very friendly and helpful on the phone, and I appreciated that I was able to rent the property for less than a week. I would recommend this place unless you are looking for useless luxury. One warning: if you go in the hot summer months expect the ocean and pool to be warm.

We visited this great condo for our 30's trip before Thanksgiving. The weather was perfect, the pool was peaceful, and the condo gave us the perfect place to relax, swim laps, and lounge. This was our first trip to Sanibel, and we will def. come back in the future. The living area is very comfortable and the entertainment center/TV is just wonderful. Dinners on the porch were nice in the evenings. We cooked for 2 of our 4 nights, which helped save money on eating out. The kitchen is well stocked. (*Note: Owners cannot keep ANY spices or spray oil etc. for use....so keep that in mind when planning your trip. Also, buy groceries BEFORE coming onto the island....way cheaper!) The condo is convenient to two great ice cream shops....consider renting bikes on site! We loved our trip, and recommend this condo to anyone who wants to get away from the busyness of home.

My family and I just got back from our first trip to Sanibel. It was beautiful and very relaxing. Just what we were looking for. The condo was very clean and it really had everything that we could have needed. It was very well kept and very spacious. We never felt like we were bumping to one another. At sun down we all enjoy collecting shells and when it was late at night we enjoy making puzzles out in the balcony. My family and I are really looking forward to our next trip next year. Thank you Annie, you were very nice and helpfull all the time.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and well kept. We will recomend this place to a friend to stay. All the description that was given is correct; two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 77 steps to the beach, swiming pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, DVD player, equiped with all kitchen utensils. The owner was very nice and friendly. Next vacation we decide to go to Sanibel and Captiva Island, this will be the first place to check to rent a condo.
