We have just returned from SPI where we contracted Circuit City to install a 37" HDTV Plasma which you can enjoy on the King-size bed in the Master's bedroom and a 20" HDTV Plasma in the second bedroom where there are 2 Queen-size beds. These will complement the 50" HDTV LCD in the Living Room for your viewing pleasure.

The kitchen has all the amenities you are used to at home so you can whip up tasty treats. With all brand new appliances, there is nothing to worry about. Enjoy a luxurious bath or sing a song in the marble tiled Master's Shower, as you please, and dry up using the fresh and fluffy towels provided for your comfort.

When it comes to your sleep and rest, nothing is taken for granted to give you lavish treatment. The Master's Bedroom has a King-size bed with an assortment of soft pillows and covered with silk-satin comforters that you can sink in. Its French Doors open to the balcony, from where you can monitor your children having a grand time in the private and fully fenced swimming pool. And, since there are only four units in this brand new condo complex, there is no crowding and everyone else is really not a stranger. The second huge room contains two Queen-size beds, each with double pillows and fitted with colorful quilt covers. More sleeping is accommodated by the blue faux suede Sofa, which opens to a majestic Queen-size bed.

This luxurious, brand new Condominium is on the Ground Floor. There are no stairs for you or your children to have to navigate, making it safer and easier to go to the beach or move belongings! Sorry, No Pets and Smoking Allowed.

The beaches are literally just around the corner and families usually leave their car parked and enjoy the leisure 300-step stroll to the surf. Walk the other way and you come face to face with the delicious dishes of Bigos and Blackbeard's, which you can wash down with fantastic gelato across the street at the Dolce Rama! The condo is so centrally located in SPI that the North Dunes are almost the same distance to the north as the famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark is on the south. Enjoy the variety of shops and restaurants as well as the Convention Center in between.
