The lake house was built in the 1950's and is one of the first homes built on the lake and is truly enchanted. Located on the southern shore, in one of the best locations with 129'+ shore frontage. It boasts of lovely mountain views as well as views of the sunrises and the sunsets. A panoramic view from the water and house. If you like in the morning, you simply turn your chair toward the horizon and watch the sunrise. Sit on the dock after dinner and once again, turn you chair and watch the glorious sunsets. The inside of the house has an open concept floor plan both up and down with a central located fireplace that breaks up the living area to add some privacy. Even though this is an older place the inside is updated considerably without loosing the charm of it's original condition. It is very charming and comfortable. All of the furnishings and appliances, etc, are either new or a few years old and all are of above average or upper end quality. The chef in your family will find just about everything needed to create in the kitchen. All beds have great mattresses and pillows. If you find that you require linens etc, to be here upon your arrival, we can make arrangements for most requests for an additional fee.

June-13-September-12 $2650/wk $1350.00 deposit due in advance
September 12-June 13 $1850.00/wk $950.00 due in advance
June 16- motorcyle week, rates differ, available upon request
boat rental fees $165.00/wk 2-kayaks(new) 1-canoe (nice boats!)
Damage and or cleaning deposit $500.00. The L. house must be left in as
clean condition as you will receive it in. It is very clean. if not,
a cleaning fee of $200.00 min. will be assessed. There is also an
optional cleaning service if requested.
