If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay while enjoying the fun and excitement of Central Florida’s many attractions, we offer a private and comfortable townhouse in Haines City, Florida at the Grenelefe Golf and Tennis Resort.
Baseball fans: we are only a short drive from Winter Haven (spring training home of the Cleveland Indians) and other Major League Baseball spring training ballparks.
Our 2150 square foot home is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet gated community. In addition to porches with lounge furniture, the rooms are bright, cheerful and completely private from the outside gaze.
A home office loft (which can become a third bedroom with our Brookstone queen size inflatable bed) includes desk, fax machine and Pentium IV computer. Other amenities include a large TV with DVD/VCR combination and remote controls, a small workshop with tools and a GE washer/dryer.
Nearby is the Grenelefe resort center, with its large free-form pool (pictured) and large hot tub, along with two 18-hole championship level golf courses. The Diamondback Golf Course is just across the road.

High Season Rates: Jan - Apr .. $800/week .. $2300/month.
Low Season Rates: May - Oct ... $600/week .. $1500/month.
November and December: please call for special holiday rates.
Rent payable 30 days in advance.
Deposit: $250, non-refundable, payable at the time of booking.
A security deposit of $400 applies, payable at the time of booking.
Security deposit is returned within two weeks following the rental.
Cleaning Fee: $100 is charged for any length stay.
